Abstract: A method for performing vehicle-to-everything (V2X) communication in a wireless communication system and a device for same are disclosed. Particularly, a method for a user equipment (UE) performing V2X communication by means of a PC5 interface in a wireless communication system comprises the steps of: receiving from an upper layer a request for transmitting a V2X message; requesting radio resources, for V2X communication by means of a PC5 interface, to a base station or selecting radio resources for V2X communication by means of the PC5 interface; and performing transmission of V2X communication by means of the PC5 interface, wherein, if a UE has emergency packet data network (PDN) connection, an indication, indicating that transmission by means of the emergency PDN connection is a higher priority than the V2X communication by means of the PC5 interface, can be transmitted from the upper layer.

Abstract: Disclosed is a method for transmitting data traffic, the method comprising: receiving control information for indicating that the transmission of data traffic of a specific application is suppressed; determining whether uplink data traffic is for the specific application suppressed by the control information, if the uplink data traffic is received from an application layer, deleting the uplink data traffic if it is indicated that the uplink data traffic is to be suppressed; and transmitting the uplink data traffic to a network entity if it is not indicated that the uplink data traffic is to be suppressed.

The method includes steps of storing the at least one packet received from an upper layer in a buffer; determining whether or not a number of packets in the buffer is equal to or greater than a threshold value; and discarding the at least one packet from the buffer when the number of packets in the buffer is equal to or greater than the threshold value.

Abstract: A method for selecting, by a user equipment (UE), a public land mobile network (PLMN) in a wireless communication system is disclosed. The method includes attempting a registration on a PLMN selected by a user in a manual network selection mode, if the registration on the PLMN selected by the user cannot be achieved, finding one or more PLMNs offering access to restricted local operator service (RLOS), selecting a specific PLMN of the found one or more PLMNs among PLMNs contained in a RLOS PLMN list configured to a universal subscriber identity module (USIM) of the UE, and initiating a registration for an access to RLOS on the specific PLMN, thereby using RLOS with high quality and high security.
