Abstract: A method for data forwarding in a small cell system comprises: sending by a master base station (MeNB) to a target secondary base station (SeNB) information of a source SeNB or a source SeNB cell where a user equipment (UE) is located; determining by the target SeNB whether a direct data forwarding is feasible; notifying, by the target SeNB, the MeNB whether the direct data forwarding is feasible; and determining by the MeNB whether it is a direct data forwarding or an indirect data forwarding. The method for data forwarding provided in the present application may support both the direct data forwarding and the indirect data forwarding based on actual situation of the network, reduce data loss and failure of data forwarding, and improve the efficiency of data forwarding.

Abstract: The present application provides a method for implementing a device to device (D2D) communication between UEs, wherein a UE and a network obtain each other's capability of Proximity Service (ProSe); the UE may activate the capability of ProSe that both the UE and the network support and initiates a request for a ProSe service with another UE to the network; the network authenticates the request for the ProSe service according to subscription information for the UE's device to device communication; and the network establishes a device to device PDN bearer between the two UEs for the request for the ProSe service passing the authentication. The present application further provides a user equipment. The present application is the basis for implementing the ProSe, the application thereof can satisfy service demands of public safety communication and realize network resource optimization configuration.

Abstract: The present invention provides a method for supporting transmission of a group service, which includes: a MCE sends a pending notification message to a MME, wherein the pending notification message includes an identity (TMGI) of a GCSE service; and the MME sends the pending notification message to a GCSE server or a BM-SC. The present disclosure also provides a system for supporting transmission of the group service, a method for establishing a GCSE data bearer and a base station. By adopting the present disclosure, the risk of data loss due to a change of the data bearer is reduced, time delay of establishing the data bearer is reduced, air interface resource is effectively utilized, and power consumption of A UE is saved.

Abstract: The present invention provides a method for establishing an interface and communication between a relay node (RN) and a core network. The method may include: a base station sends an IP address of a control plane node of the core network to an RN; the RN initiates a process for establishing an interface with the control plane node corresponding to the IP address. Alternatively, the method may include: a base station sends an IP address and an identification of a control plane node of the core network to an RN; the base station sends an IP address and an identification of the RN to the control plane node of the core network; the RN and the node communicate with each other by using information of each other received from the base station. The method for establishing an interface and communication between an RN and a core network according to the present invention realizes transparent transmission of access layer signaling between a relay node and a core network via a base station, which reduces complexity of the process when the RN is in movements, makes it easier to support multiple access techniques, and reduces the complexity in network configurations.

Abstract: Examples of the present disclosure provide a method for determining access control, applied in a handoff procedure of a UE. The method includes: if a current service is a LIPA@LN service, and if the UE is in a same local network before and after the handoff, keeping, by a node performing access control determination, service continuity of the LIPA@LN service; if the UE moves out of the local network after the handoff, deactivating, by the node performing the access control determination, the LIPA@LN service; if the current service is a SIPTO@LN only service or a SIPTO@CN@LN service, if the UE is in the same local network before and after the handoff, keeping, by the node performing the access control determination, the service continuity of the SIPTO@LN only service or the SIPTO@CN@LN service; if the UE moves out of the local network after the handoff, determining, by the node performing the access control determination, whether to keep the service continuity of the SIPTO@LN only service or the SIPTO@CN@LN service according to a network policy. According to the technical solution provided by the present disclosure, service continuity of the LIPA service or the SIPTO service can be maintained correctly.
