Abstract: Systems, methods, and non-transitory, machine-readable media for zero-touch interworking of network control with data platform and analytics in virtualized deployment are disclosed. Responsive to a network service request for service location identifiers, data from data sources may be processed, and indicia of data characteristics may be analyzed to create or develop a data model. Configuration specifications may be created to instantiate a network slice and network services as a function of the data characteristics, conforming to quality of service parameters and service location identifiers. A log mapped to the request may be created and included in a template specifying a data observability framework and resources for the network slice and network services. The slice and services may be instantiated with the configuration specifications, with data services provided to user equipment of the external entity, and with the cellular network consequently providing data services to user equipment.

Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for adaptive mini-slot management in a network, including an element management control unit comprising a set of distribution and central units (DU/CU) to monitor power and channel traffic at a plurality of cell sites in the network; a scheduler unit for user equipment (UE) to enable and disable a set of mini-slots in a downlink (DL) pattern and an uplink (UL) pattern including at least two concatenated patterns jointly repeated with periodicity in a slot configuration period for new radio (NR) communications by users at cell sites in the network; and in response to a request by a user, the scheduler unit reserves a number of mini-slots for use in each slot configuration period wherein a reserved slot number is responsive to at least one of a condition of an AC power outage, and reduced channel traffic based on data received by the DU/CU about the condition.

Abstract: An adaptive fifth generation (5G) communications system includes an adaptive 5G tower; a first adaptive 5G site coupled by a dedicated link with the adaptive 5G tower; and a second adaptive 5G site coupled by a direct link with the first adaptive 5G site. The direct link may be established by the first adaptive 5G site and couples the second adaptive 5G site with the adaptive 5G tower. Data signals may be communicated between the adaptive 5G tower and the second adaptive 5G site via the direct link and the dedicated link. Usage of the direct link is accounted for in a blockchain master ledger. The blockchain master ledger corresponds to an adaptive 5G model and may be separately maintained by each of the adaptive 5G tower, the first adaptive 5G site, and the second adaptive 5G site. The master ledger may include relay, processing, path, power, and transaction layers.

Abstract: A network state tracking system tracks the state of a network and recommends an action when the state of the network changes. The network state tracking system detects one or more nodes on the network and generates one or more snapshots of the network. The snapshots are generated by obtaining first and second status data from the nodes and detecting whether a change in the network has occurred based on the status data. The snapshots are generated based on the first and second status data when a change in the network is detected. The snapshots are then used to train a machine learning model to recommend an action to take when a change in the network occurs.

Abstract: Various cellular tower plate connection systems are detailed herein. Such systems can include an antenna plate assembly. This assembly can include an antenna plate and antenna port connectors attached to a first side of the antenna plate. Cable connectors may be present that are attached to a second side of the antenna plate opposite the first side of the antenna plate. The assembly can include a first attachment mechanism that secures antenna port connectors to antenna ports of an antenna system. The antenna port connectors may be arranged on the first side of the antenna plate such that the antenna port connectors mate with the antenna ports of the antenna system in a single possible orientation.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for non-terrestrial network beam switching is provided. A non-terrestrial network base station includes a transmitter configured to transmit downlink data to user equipment and a receiver configured to receive uplink data from the user equipment. A channel bandwidth of the non-terrestrial network base station is divided into a plurality of bandwidth parts respectively corresponding to a plurality of geographic areas, and each bandwidth part is respectively associated with a satellite beam. When the user equipment is located in a first geographic area, the transmitter transmits the downlink data to the user equipment over a corresponding first bandwidth part. After the user equipment transitions from the first geographic area to a second geographic area, the transmitter transmits the downlink data to the user equipment over a corresponding second bandwidth part of the plurality of bandwidth parts.

Abstract: Systems and methods of adaptive bandwidth (BW) management are provided by a control unit of distribution and central units to monitor power and traffic loads at a plurality of nodes in a network; a BW management unit communicating with the control unit to reassign a set of network slices with a set of smaller bandwidth parts (BWPs); the BW management unit configured to define a smaller BWP from a slice mapping for the slice reassignment during a AC power outage, the slicing mapping includes network slices tied to smaller BWPs in the network; and the BW management unit configured to adapt BW for users at the node by reassigning of at least one network slice with a defined smaller BWP at the node in response to a condition determined by the BW management unit, the condition of at least one of a AC power outage, and reduced traffic load at the node.

Abstract: Various arrangements for allocating spectrum between a cellular network provider and a secondary operator are presented. A cellular network component of the secondary operator may determine that spectrum at a secondary operator radio unit (RU) is not currently needed. The cellular network component of the secondary operator may cause the spectrum to be released for use by a cellular network operator such that the secondary operator RU is not permitted to use the released spectrum. A cellular network operator RU may then communicate with a first set of user equipment (UE) using the released spectrum. The secondary operator RU and cellular network operator RU may be located at a same location.
