Abstract: Disclosed are a data encryption apparatus and a data encryption method using an encryption key based on puncturing of a generator matrix. Bit values located in a column at a specific point are punctured from a generator matrix of a Reed-Muller (RM) code and thereafter, encryption of a message is performed through a public key generated by using the punctured generator matrix to defend an attack from a third party based on a structure of the RM code by change of the structure of the generator matrix, thereby solving security vulnerability caused as the existing McEliece encryption system uses the generator matrix of the RM code having a special structure as it is.

Abstract: Disclosed is an eddy current inspection device for nondestructive testing. The device includes: a bobbin-shaped coil configured to be inserted into a specimen, which is an object of nondestructive testing, and to apply induction current to an inner diameter of the specimen; a reference coil configured to be inserted into a nondestructive specimen, which is a reference of the specimen, and to apply induction current to an inner diameter of the nondestructive specimen; a cylindrical manual sensor array configured to disposed in the bobbin-shaped coil and to include lines and rows; and a control module configured to select one or more frequencies of multiple frequencies, apply AC power to the bobbin-shaped coil and the reference coil, generate a square wave signal with a varying phase difference, and perform first multiplication by an applied signal and the square wave signal. Accordingly, it is possible to accurately detect a flaw.

Abstract: A superconducting arcing induction type DC circuit breaker includes a superconducting fault current limiter and an arcing induction type DC circuit breaker connected in series to each other. The arcing induction type DC circuit breaker includes an induction member that has a through-hole, is continuously formed in a 360-degree direction, and has a certain shape and thickness, and an induction needle that protrudes from an inner surface of the induction member toward a center of the induction member. A contact point where an anode and a cathode, which are mechanical contacts, approach from opposite directions and come into contact with each other is formed in the through-hole of the induction member, and the anode and the cathode are separated in a direction far away from each other. The induction needle induces arc generated upon contact opening when the anode and the cathode are separated from each other in the event of system accident of DC power or AC power, and the induction member quenches the induced arc by the flow of the induced arc to ground through a ground line.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a shear link including replaceable cover plates. The shear link includes first and second combination plates combined with a structure, a main frame that includes both ends fixed to the first and second combination plates respectively and a hollow formed in a center to pass therethrough forward and backward, first and second cover plates positioned to come into contact with left and right sides of the main frame respectively to cover the hollow and including a plurality of through holes passing therethrough forward and backward, and a combination unit that separably combines the main frame with the first and second cover plates.In the shear link including replaceable cover plates according to the present invention, since the first and second cover plates are separably combined with the main frame by the combination unit, the first and second cover plates deformed by an external force may be easily separated from the main frame to reduce time and costs consumed for a replacement operation.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a microwave reforming apparatus for gas reforming, and provides a new technology of converting carbon dioxide which is a main greenhouse gas generated during combustion, pyrolysis/gasification, and operation of fossil fuels, methane, and dispersions thereof into high-quality fuels. A microwave reforming apparatus according to the present disclosure uses a carbon receptor and thus can solve the conventional problem of price of catalyst and also enables compactification of a device, rapid startup and response time in several seconds, and application of various kinds of product gases including polymer hydrocarbon. Also, the microwave reforming apparatus according to the present disclosure uses its own internal reaction heat at the time of reforming and thus can maintain the optimum operating conditions for a wide range of flow rate and gas properties. Therefore, it is possible to solve the conventional problem with the time required for normal operation and the efficiency of a reforming apparatus.

The reference frame selection technique for an error resilience of video codec using multiple reference frames according to the present invention comprises the steps of: performing a motion estimation individually in each of the multiple reference frames so as to search a reference macroblock of the macroblock to be coded; checking the degree of match between the reference macroblock region found by the motion estimation and the intra-coded macroblock of the reference frame; and selecting the motion vector (MV) of the reference macroblock which is relatively best matched to the intra-coded macroblock of the reference frame from among the reference macroblocks found in each of the multiple reference frames.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a novel analogue antibiotic peptide derived from a CM-MA peptide and a use thereof. Specifically, the novel antibiotic peptides represented by SEQ. ID. NO: 2 to SEQ. ID. NO: 7 (CAM 1 to CMA 6) were synthesized by using a CM-MA antibiotic peptide, in which amphiphilic cecropin A (CA) and magainin 2 (MA) are conjugated, as a template. The synthesized antibiotic peptide exhibits antibiotic activity on gram-positive bacteria and gram-negative bacteria and low cytotoxicity on human red blood cells and human normal cell lines (HaCaT), and thus the antibiotic peptide of the present invention can be favorably used as an active ingredient of an antibiotic agent, a cosmetic composition, a food additive, a feed additive, and a biological pesticide.
