Abstract: The present disclosure provides a gate driving unit, a gate driving method, a gate driving circuitry and a display device. The gate driving unit includes a reverse-phase gate driving signal output end, a normal-phase gate driving signal output end, an input circuitry, an output control circuitry, an input node control circuitry and an output circuitry. The input circuitry is configured to control an input end to be electrically connected to an input node under the control of a first clock signal. The output control circuitry is configured to control a potential at an output node under the control of a potential at the input node and a second clock signal. The input node control circuitry is configured to control the potential at the input node in accordance with the potential at the output node under the control of the second clock signal. The output circuitry is configured to output a reverse-phase gate driving signal and output a normal-phase gate driving signal in accordance with the potential at the output node.

Abstract: A shift register unit, a driving method, a gate driving circuit and a display device are provided. The shift register unit includes a first gate driving output circuit and a second gate driving output circuit. The first gate driving output circuit is used to output a first gate driving signal through the first gate driving signal output terminal; the second gate driving output circuit is used to generate a second gate driving signal outputted simultaneously with the first gate driving signal based on the first gate driving signal, a first clock signal and a second clock signal. In the present disclosure, the second gate driving output circuit is added, the first gate driving signal, the first clock signal, and the second clock signal are used to generate an inverted second gate driving signal, so that positive and negative switching control signals are generated by one stage of shift register unit.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a display device, a pixel circuit and its control method, the circuit including: a resetting and charging circuit, for resetting a capacitor connected between a gate electrode of the driving transistor of the pixel circuit and an anode of a LED, and then charging the capacitor; a writing circuit, for writing a data signal to the gate electrode of the driving transistor; a driving circuit including the driving transistor, for driving the LED to emit light when the driving transistor receives the data signal; wherein, the driving transistor for driving the LED to emit light is an oxide TFT, and the other transistors in the pixel circuit are low temperature polysilicon (LTPS) TFTs.
