    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a base station (BS) may process, for a plurality of search space (SS) set occasions, a plurality of narrowband (NB) demodulation reference signals (DMRSs) using a common precoder in a common resource element group (REG). The BS may transmit the plurality of NB DMRSs within a union of REGs of each physical downlink control channel for each aggregation level configured for the plurality of SS set occasions.     Abstract: Techniques described provide for a wireless network to establish and implement periodic and aperiodic sidelink gaps. One implementation may include transmitting, by a first user equipment (UE), a sidelink configuration message. The sidelink configuration message may indicate a capability of the first UE to support a sidelink periodic gap and a sidelink aperiodic gap. A message may be received by the first UE indicating whether the first UE is allowed to request a gap according to one or more of the indicated capabilities. The first UE may transmit a sidelink information message comprising an absolute radio frequency channel number (AR-FCN) and an associated gap list. An RRC reconfiguration message may also be received by the first UE having and updated gap list. Other aspects and features are also claimed and described.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) flexibly prioritize between communication resources and measurement gaps to resolve collisions between communication resources and measurement gaps. For collisions between a dynamically scheduled communication resources and a measurement gap, a UE may communicate using the scheduled communication resource based on at least one of a time between reception of the downlink control message and a start of the measurement gap satisfying a first threshold duration or a second period of time between reception of the downlink control message and a start of the communication resource satisfying a second threshold duration. For collisions between periodic communication resources and periodic measurement gaps, a UE may either perform a measurement during the measurement gap or communicate using the communication resource based on a priority scheme associated with the measurement gap and the periodically scheduled communication resource.
