摘要: A numerical control method is provided, which is capable of uninterruptedly conducting control, at high speed, in accordance with various kinds of NC program. Command information stated in each of blocks of the NC program is read out and decoded by a first sub-CPU to prepare an intermediate data which is to be stored in a first shared RAM. This intermediate data is converted into data of execute form by a second sub-CPU and is stored in a second shared RAM. Preparatory processings for two blocks, each starting from the reading operation of the command information and ending at the preparation of the execute form data, are conducted simultaneously, so that a time period required for execution of each preparatory processing is shortened in apperance, to thereby prevent interruption of the numerical control due to a delay in the preparatory processing.

摘要: A numerical control unit grips a bar-shaped workpiece (18) at two points longitudinally of the workpiece by gripping members (16, 17), and rotates the gripping members synchronously by respective spindle motors (14, 15). The workpiece is subjected to turning machining by a cutter (25) while the gripping members are being synchronously rotated, and an end face of the workpiece is thereafter subjected to separate machining. The unit synchronously controls a first axis along which the first spindle motor (14) is moved in the horizontal direction and a second axis along which the second spindle motor (15) is moved in the horizontal direction in accordance with numerical information regarding the first axis in response to a synchronous control command. The first and second axes are controlled in accordance with numerical information regarding each of the first and second axes in response to an independent control command.

摘要: A video signal processing method and apparatus retrieves pixel signals by sampling an input video signal consisting of a plurality of horizontal scanning lines. In this method, the ratio of the number of vertical pixels to the number of horizontal scanning lines is set into for example 2 or less; in the vertical direction, the pixel signals of the vertical pixels are obtained by the interpolation on the basis of the pixel signals sampled from a plurality of horizontal scanning lines; while in the horizontal direction, the input video signal is sampled at the horizontal sampling frequency to be determined by that ratio. In the above interpolation processing, the ratio of the number of recording pixels to the number of original pixels in the direction of height or width of an image picture is set into ##EQU1## (where, n and M are positive integers). There is also provided a video signal recording system for recording the image picture in accordance with the pixel signals to be obtained by the sampling circuit on a recording paper. According to the present invention, it is possible to obtain and print out high-quality image pictures with desired various sizes without changing dot densities by means of a simple processing circuit.
