Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for promoting the generation and secretion of extracellular vesicles from cells by using extracorporeal shockwave. More precisely, the inventors confirmed that the generation and secretion of extracellular vesicles from vascular endothelial cells were promoted by extracorporeal shockwave and further confirmed that siRNA can be transferred into cells without any help of a carrier. The inventors continued to find out that angiogenesis could be inhibited by introducing siRNA to an animal tumor model and succeeded to measure the size and amount of extracellular vesicles secreted by extracorporeal shockwave. Therefore, the present invention can be used in various fields since it can safely promote the generation and secretion of extracellular vesicles from cells.

Disclosed is a transimpedance amplifier. The transimpedance amplifier includes an inverter configured to have a feedback resistor and amplify a signal provided to an input side, and a common gate amplifier configured to be connected to the inverter in cascade and amplify an output of the inverter, wherein the signal provided to the input side is fed forward to a gate of the common gate amplifier through a gate resistor.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a compound based on cyanine scaffold for diagnosing sepsis by selectively detecting glutathione. The compound based on cyanine scaffold according to the present invention has the advantages of maintaining its structure in intracellular environment and of reacting selectively to glutathione only among many amino acids containing thiol group (R—SH) such as cysteine, homocysteine, and glutathione, to produce changes in absorption or fluorescence spectrum, making the compound useful for the detection of in vivo glutathione in biosamples and also for the diagnosis of sepsis characteristically displaying the changes of glutathione concentration.
Abstract:
A method for propagating network management data for energy-efficient internet of things network management and an energy-efficient internet of things node apparatus are disclosed herein. The method includes dividing a plurality of sub-nodes into at least two terminal sub-nodes and the remaining intermediate sub-nodes, and determining a transmission path so that the terminal sub-nodes and the intermediate sub-nodes satisfy an acyclic graph condition, dividing the plurality of pieces of data of network management information into at least two data groups, and transmitting one of the at least two data groups to one of the terminal sub-nodes respectively, transmitting the data of the received data group to adjacent intermediate sub-nodes, performing network coding on selected two pieces of data, transmitting the network-coded data to the at least two intermediate adjacent sub-nodes, and decoding the received network-coded data using previously held data.

Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for culturing myocardium-resident cardiac progenitor cells, comprising: embedding myocardial fragments into hydrogel; culturing the myocardial fragment into hydrogel; degrading only the hydrogel to recover cardiac progenitor cells grown out of the myocardial fragment to the hydrogel; and amplifying the cardiac progenitor cells in vitro. Also, the cardiac progenitor cells, a method for differentiating the same, and the use thereof as cell therapeutic agent for heart diseases are provided. In addition to possessing the potential to differentiate into cardiomyocytes, osteoblasts, adipocytes, chondrocytes, vascular endothelial cells, smooth muscle cells, neural cells, and skeletal muscle cells, the myocardium-resident cardiac progenitor cells can spontaneously differentiate into cardiomyocytes even in the absence of a special differentiation inducing agent. Thus, the cardiac progenitor cells can be used to produce bio-active medicines such as cell therapeutics and tissue engineering therapeutics with high industrial applicability.
