Abstract: Disclosed is an apparatus for inputting a combined photoacoustic/ultrasonic image, which generates 3D image information for a object by performing 2D scanning on the object by a first linear motion of a photoacoustic probe and an ultrasonic probe, and a second linear motion perpendicular to the first linear motion, the apparatus comprising: a transfer unit that move the photoacoustic probe and the ultrasonic probe with respect to the object in the first and/or second direction; a photoacoustic unit that outputs a laser to the object, receives a first ultrasound from the object by the laser, and generates a photoacoustic image signal; an ultrasonic unit that outputs an ultrasound to the object, receives a second ultrasound from the object by the ultrasound, and generates an ultrasonic image signal; and a main controller that combines photoacoustic image and ultrasonic image to generate a combined photoacoustic/ultrasonic image.

Abstract: This application relates to a method of manufacturing an electrostatic chuck having good characteristics in heat dissipation, thermal shock resistance, and lightness. In one aspect, the method includes preparing a composite powder by ball-milling (i) aluminum or aluminum alloy powder and (ii) carbon-based nanomaterial powder. Abstract: There are provided a porous membrane including a perfluoroalkoxy alkane (PFA)-based melt-extruded film and having pores controlled by biaxial stretching, and a manufacturing method therefore. The porous membrane is for water treatment and includes a fluoropolymer. The method includes forming a film by melt-extruding a fluoropolymer; and controlling the pore size of the formed film by biaxial stretching. The membrane for water treatment is based on a fluoropolymer and has physical properties that are resistant to high temperatures and strong acids, and it is able to be used for treatment of wastewater such as semiconductor wastewater.
