    摘要: A reproducing element feeding and driving circuit is provided in a rotary recording medium reproducing apparatus consisting of a signal pickup device having a reproducing element for reproducing recorded signals from a rotary recording medium, a feeding mechanism for feeding the signal pickup device, and a tracking error signal obtaining circuit for obtaining a tracking error signal so as to perform tracking control with respect to the reproducing element. The feeding and driving circuit comprises a sampling circuit for sampling the tracking error signal when the reproducing element is reproducing a point on the rotary recording medium corresponding to one of a plurality of pairs of points on the rotary recording medium, where the pairs of points are points which are at symmetrical positions along a diametrical direction of the rotary recording medium with respect to a center of the rotary recording medium, averaging circuit for averaging a value sampled by the sampling circuit and obtaining a signal substantially corresponding to a DC component of the tracking error signal, and a feed pulse applying circuit for obtaining a feed pulse having a pulse width which is in accordance with the DC component obtained from the averaging circuit and applying the feed pulse thus obtained to the feeding mechanism.

The signal passed through the switching circuit is supplied to a television receiver.

    摘要: A color video signal reproducing apparatus responds to either PAL or SECAM signals by separating a carrier chrominance signal and a luminance signal from a color video signal which is reproduced from a recording medium. The separated carrier chrominance signal is demodulated into two color difference signals. An oscillator supplies a predetermined frequency signal to the demodulators. The output frequency of the oscillator is controlled in response to a jitter component in the carrier chrominance signal. The phases of a reference signal and of a horizontal synchronizing signal are compared to produce a reference signal which is phase shifted by 180 degrees. A switching circuit operates every one horizontal scanning period in response to the reference signal. A modulating circuit responds to the reference signal and to a signal from the switching circuit by modulating them with the color difference signal. The output color video signal is produced in response thereto.

    摘要: An image forming apparatus includes a fixing device, a temperature detector, and processing circuitry. The fixing device fixes a toner image on a surface of a sheet by heating of a heater. The temperature detector detects an internal temperature of the image forming apparatus. The processing circuitry switches a continuous print mode to an intermittent print mode when the internal temperature is equal to or higher than a first execution temperature during the continuous print mode. The processing circuitry cancels the intermittent print mode and switches to the continuous print mode when the internal temperature is equal to or lower than a first cancellation temperature. The processing circuitry causes the heater to stop heating the fixing device in the intermittent print mode when the internal temperature is higher than the first cancellation temperature even after a predetermined time has elapsed since a start of the intermittent print mode.
