    Abstract: Wireless communication devices, systems, and methods related to mechanisms to aid a user equipment (UE) in determining the channel access priority (CAPC) to use for a data radio bearer (DRB) on sidelink that includes multiple quality of service (QoS) flows for a transmission. The UE may receive an indication from a base station (BS) regarding what CAPC to use, or it may itself determine the CAPC based on a rule. The UE may map the plurality of QoS flows to the DRB and transmit the QoS flows using the DRB and the selected CAPC.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. Some wireless communications systems may support multicast communications, which may relate to a multicast service (for example, a multimedia broadcast multicast service (MBMS)). A communications device such as a UE may transition from an inactive or idle state to a connected state to receive multicast services and provide feedback to the network. A wireless network may implement different techniques to trigger the UE to transition from the idle or inactive state into the RRC connected state to receive multicast services. For example, the UE may receive a trigger message that indicates that the one or more multicast services are available for use by the UE, and the UE may determine whether to transition to an RRC connected state to receive the multicast services based on the trigger message.

    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may obtain a first indication, based at least in part on a first threshold, that a hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) discontinuous transmission (DTX) is caused by a listen-before-talk (LBT) failure. The UE may obtain a second indication, based at least in part on a second threshold, that the HARQ DTX caused by the LBT failure is a type of HARQ DTX that is to be counted for identifying a sidelink radio link failure (RLF).
