Abstract: Method and apparatus for an RRC reestablishment procedure between a TN and an NTN. The apparatus may be on a first network associated with one of the TN or the NTN. The apparatus transmits a RRC connection request to establish a connection with a second network associated with one of the NTN or the TN. The apparatus receives an RRC reconnection message from a network entity associated with the second network. The apparatus transmits an RRC reconnection complete message to the network entity associated with one of the NTN or the TN of the second network. The apparatus may transmit a registration update request to the network entity associated with one of the NTN or the TN of the second network.

Abstract: Apparatus, methods, and computer program products for tracking area code (TAC) based cell barring. An example method at a user equipment (UE) may include receiving, from at least one cell, a system information block (SIB) comprising a tracking area list associated with a non-terrestrial network (NTN) and the at least one cell, the SIB not including a tracking area code associated with a terrestrial network (TN) or the NTN, a supported network of the UE corresponding to the TN. The example method may further include skipping, based on the tracking area code being absent and the tracking area list being present or both the tracking area code and the tracking area list being absent in the SIB, a selection of the at least one cell for subsequent communication.

Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a mobile station may receive an indication of a first set of resources for feedback and an indication of a second set of resources for feedback, where the second set of resources are associated with a smaller quantity of cyclic shifts than the first set of resources. Accordingly, the mobile station may transmit feedback on either the first set of resources or the second set of resources based at least in part on a distance associated with the feedback. As an alternative, the mobile station may compute a timing advance associated with transmission of feedback. Accordingly, the mobile station may feedback that is shifted in time according to the timing advance. Numerous other aspects are described.

Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive an indication of a first common frequency resource (CFR) within a bandwidth part (BWP) and a second CFR within the BWP. Accordingly, the UE may receive, using a first numerology, a non-group-common communication at least partially in the BWP. The UE may also receive, using the first numerology, a group-common communication at least partially in the first CFR, and receive, using a second numerology, a group-common communication at least partially in the second CFR. As an alternative, the UE may receive an indication of a CFR within a BWP. Accordingly, the UE may receive, using a first numerology, a non-group-common communication in the BWP and a first group-common communication in the CFR, and receive, using a second numerology, a second group-common communication in the CFR. Numerous other aspects are described.
