Abstract:
Damped door closer systems, door assemblies including the damped door closer systems, and methods of operating damped door closer systems. The damped door closer systems include a closer assembly and damping assembly connected to each other through a connecting arm.
Abstract:
A door closer is provided. The door closer includes a first connecting plate and a second connecting plate. The first connecting plate is connectable to an external door frame, the second connecting plate is connectable to a door body connecting portion. Connecting rod assemblies and return springs are mounted in the door body connecting portion. One end of the connecting rod assembly passes through the second connecting plate and is hinged to the first connecting plate. When a door is opened, an external door body drives the first connecting plate and the second connecting plate to overturn, and after the connecting rod assembly pulls the door body connecting portion, the return spring is compressed. When the door is closed, the return spring pulls the door body to close automatically.
Abstract:
A furniture hinge includes a first fitting portion, a second fitting portion, and a hinge lever connecting the first fitting portion and the second fitting portion. An adjustment screw adjusts a position of the furniture hinge relative to the furniture carcass and/or the movable furniture part, and the adjustment screw is actuable by a screwdriver introduced into a recess. A spring device can move the furniture hinge from a predetermined angular position into a fully closed position and/or a fully open position. A control curve interacts with the spring device from the predetermined angular position into the fully closed position and/or the fully open position, and an intermediate portion allows the spring device to interact with the control curve. The intermediate portion has an opening flush with the recess of the hinge lever, so that the screwdriver can be introduced through the recess and through the opening of the intermediate portion.
Abstract:
A rebound suppression system for a sliding door is provided with a sliding door, a rail provided on an outer frame of the sliding door, a roller secured to the sliding door and configured to rotate in accordance with opening and closing motions of the sliding door, a fitting portion having a width smaller than the width of the roller and provided on at least a part of the rail, a rebound preventing roller having a width smaller than that of the fitting portion, and a pressing mechanism configured to press the rebound preventing roller against the rail and the fitting portion by an elastic body.
Abstract:
In a lid device opening and closing a fuel lid of a vehicle by a push-push mechanism, a common push lifter can be applied in both cases with and without a mechanism for locking the fuel lid at a closed position. The lid device (20) indirectly locks the fuel lid (10) at the closed position by controlling a displacement of a push rod (22) protruding and retracting from a push lifter unit (24). In order to control the displacement of the push rod (22), an engagement member (56) engaging the push rod (22) is movably supported in a housing (54) of a drive unit (26), and the push lifter (24) and the drive unit (26) are formed as separate members.
Abstract:
A rebound suppression system for a sliding door is provided with a sliding door, a rail provided on an outer frame of the sliding door, a roller secured to the sliding door and configured to rotate in accordance with opening and closing motions of the sliding door, a fitting portion having a width smaller than the breadth of the roller and provided on at least a part of the rail, a rebound preventing roller having a breadth smaller than that of the fitting portion, and a pressing mechanism configured to press the rebound preventing roller against the rail and the fitting portion by means of an elastic body.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a sliding arrangement, in particular a slide-out device for drawers, sliding doors, etc., having a sliding piece and a pulling arrangement which can be coupled together by means of a coupling piece, wherein the pulling arrangement can be placed in a resiliently pretensioned manner in a parking position and wherein the pulling arrangement can be blocked in the parking position by means of a locking element. In order to ensure a reliable movement of a drawer or the like into the closure position, there is provision according to the invention for the locking element to be locked in the parking position of the pulling arrangement by means of a bar.
Abstract:
A device is provided to assist the opening of a covering element pivotably mounted relative to an edge of a frame. The device includes an assistance cylinder (6). The assistance cylinder (6) includes a hollow shaft (7), a guide pin (10) inserted in the hollow shaft (7) and comprising at the end thereof opposite the end wall (8) of the hollow shaft (7) a yoke (11), a spring (13) inserted in the hollow shaft (7) surrounding the guide pin (10) and mounted pre-stressed when unloaded between the end wall (4) of the hollow shaft (7) and the yoke (11) of the guide pin (10), and a screw (14) secured to the end of the guide pin (10) and engaging with the end wall (8) of the hollow shaft (7) for keeping the pre-stressed spring (13) in the released state thereof. The invention is useful in the field of road systems.
Abstract:
A door closer has a housing for connection to a door and a drive spindle (10) coupled to the door. As the door moves the spindle (10) and housing (11) rotate relative to one another. The relative movement is translated by a piston and cam mechanism (21, 22) into a force that is used to separate a pair of magnets (28). The magnetic attraction of the magnet pairs (28) serves as a force to resist opening of the door and biases the door from an open to a closed position. At least one first magnet is coupled to the drive member and at least one second magnet (32) coupled to the housing. The magnets are arranged in the housing with their opposite poles facing one another such that there is a magnetic force of attraction between them. At least one further biasing spring (36) may be provided to provide a biasing force after the magnetic force has diminished by separation of the magnets.
