    Abstract: Various arrangements for managing cellular network slicing are detailed. A cellular network management system may obtain performance data from cellular network components of a cellular network over time. The cellular network management system may analyze the performance data from the plurality of cellular network components to create a cellular network model indicative of performance of discrete portions of the cellular network over time. A service request may be received from an external entity that defines quality of service (QoS) parameters. A cellular network access conditions package may be created that defines conditions under which the external entity is eligible to utilize the cellular network. Cellular network components may then be configured to permit access to the cellular network by user equipment (UE) of the external entity and data services may be provided to the UE.

    Abstract: Various cellular tower plate connection systems are detailed herein. Such systems can include an antenna plate assembly. This assembly can include an antenna plate and antenna port connectors attached to a first side of the antenna plate. Cable connectors may be present that are attached to a second side of the antenna plate opposite the first side of the antenna plate. The assembly can include a first attachment mechanism that secures antenna port connectors to antenna ports of an antenna system. The antenna port connectors may be arranged on the first side of the antenna plate such that the antenna port connectors mate with the antenna ports of the antenna system in a single possible orientation.

    Abstract: A wireless network can manage interference between different guest enterprises operating in overlapping coverage regions on the same spectrum. A first connection can be established between a host control unit (CU) of a wireless network host and a first enterprise CU of a first enterprise. A second connection can be established between the host CU and a second enterprise CU of a second enterprise. The first enterprise is associated with a first cell site and the second enterprise is associated with a second cell site, and the first cell site includes an overlapping coverage region with the second cell site. Transmissions from the first and second enterprises are coordinated in the overlapping coverage region based on load information or mobility information from the first cell site and the second cell site. The load information or mobility information is transmitted over the first connection or the second connection.

    Abstract: A cellular telecommunication system application server (AS), such as the short message service center (SMSC) or Multimedia Messaging Service Center (MMSC), obtains a cellular network subscriber UE location information from a Home Subscriber Server (HSS) of the cellular telecommunication system. The system determines whether the cellular network subscriber UE is roaming based on the UE location information obtained from the HSS. The system populates the location information obtained from the HSS into a call data record (CDR) of the UE and determines whether the cellular network subscriber UE is roaming based on the location information obtained from the HSS populated into the CDR. The system supports location-based services of the UE based on UE location information obtained from the HSS both while the UE is on a home cellular network and while the UE is roaming.

    Abstract: The present disclosure is directed to methods and systems for monitoring users on a decentralized network. The system can track users on the decentralized network to identify the products or services the users have purchased or have a subscription to. The system can identify whether a user has referred other users to purchase or subscribe to a product or service and provide an incentive to the user if a referral was made. By storing user data in a decentralized network, the system can determine the size of a social network of a user and the duration that a user maintains a product or service. In some implementations, the user data is arranged into a hierarchy to provide a visual representation of the social connections and products of the user.
