Abstract: The present invention relates to a method and a device for transmitting, by a terminal, an uplink signal in a wireless communication system that supports a dynamic change of a wireless resource use. Abstract: Provided are a method for a terminal for receiving a PHICH in a wireless communication system and a terminal utilizing the method. The method is characterized in that a PUSCH is transmitted, whether or not a first PHICH resource corresponding to the PUSCH collides with a second PHICH resource corresponding to a different PUSCH is determined, and the PHICH for the PUSCH is received from the PHICH resource determined on the basis of the result of the determination, wherein if the first PHICH resource and second PHICH resource do collide, then the PHICH for the PUSCH is received from a new PHICH resource determined by utilizing an offset value.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a wireless communication system. In particular, the present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for receiving data, by a terminal, in a wireless communication system, the method comprising the steps of: receiving a PDCCH; receiving a PDSCH corresponding to the PDCCH in a subframe including CSI-RS resource available in a cell; and demodulating the PDSCH. The device transmits control information and a first type RS for demodulating the control information through a control region comprising 1 first OFDM (Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing) symbol of a subframe; and transmits data through a data region comprising a predetermined number of OFDM symbols following the control region of the subframe. Here, the first type RS can be used also for demodulating the data when a predetermined condition is met.

Abstract: A method is provided for transmitting Device-to-Device (D2D) data by a first user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system. The first UE configured a subframe set for D2D communication through a Radio Resource Control (RRC) signaling. The first UE receives a Physical Downlink Control Channel (PDCCH) including first D2D scheduling information from a base station in a subframe #n, wherein n is an integer of 0 or more. The first UE transmits the D2D data to a second UE based on the first D2D scheduling information, in a first available subframe of the subframe set for D2D communication after a subframe #(n+k), where k is a positive integer.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a wireless communication system, and more specifically, disclosed are a method and an apparatus for transmitting or receiving a downlink signal by considering an antenna port relationship. A method for user equipment receiving a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) signal in the wireless communication system, according to one embodiment of the present invention, comprises the steps of: determining a start symbol index of the PDSCH from a downlink subframe; and receiving the PDSCH signal based on the start symbol index, wherein the PDSCH can be scheduled by means of downlink control information (DCI) which is received through a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) or an enhanced PDCCH (EPDCCH). When the DCI is comprised according to DCI format 1A, which is transmitted through the EPDDCH, and the downlink subframe is a non-multicast broadcast single frequency network (MBSFN) subframe, the start symbol index can be determined depending on an EPDCCH start symbol value which is established by an upper layer.
