摘要： A system of mobile device operation system and apps delivery is disclosed. All updates of the mobile device including system updates and feature apps updates are delivered over-the-air (“OTA”). When a system update is available, it is delivered to the mobile device for download and installation. If feature apps updates are available but a system update is not available, the system delivers the feature apps updates to the mobile device for download and installation. Feature apps updates coming from the two different routes are stored in different partitions of the OS image on the mobile device for version control. Feature apps updates included in subsequent system updates takes precedent over previously installed updates of the same or earlier versions.

摘要： Systems, devices, media, and methods are presented for using a flexible electronic device to selectively interact with an eyewear device. A portable eyewear device includes a processor, a memory, and a display projected onto at least one lens assembly. A flexible electronic device includes an integrated circuit, a plurality of input sensors, and a power system, all mounted on a flexible substrate that is sized and shaped to conform to a graspable object such as a ring. The flexible electronic device operates according to a power budget, operating on a sensor power budget until it detects a first interaction with at least one of the input sensors. If the first interaction exceeds a sensitivity threshold, the flexible electronic device sends a wake signal to a nearby eyewear device. In response to the wake signal, the eyewear device presents a graphical user interface (GUI) on the display. The eyewear device further presents a cursor along a path on the display that is substantially correlated to the course traveled by the flexible electronic device in motion along a course.

摘要： Eyewear having an image signal processor (ISP) dynamically operable in a camera pipeline for augmented reality (AR) and computer vision (CV) systems. Multi-purpose cameras are used for simultaneous image capture and CV on wearable AR devices. The cameras are coupled to a frame and configured to generate images, wherein the cameras and the ISP are configured to operate in a first AR mode and capture images having a first resolution suitable for use in AR, and are configured to operate in a second CV mode to provide the images having a second resolution suitable for use in CV. The first resolution in the AR mode is higher than the second resolution in the CV mode, and the cameras and the ISP consume less power in the second CV mode than the first AR mode. The cameras and the ISP save significant system power by operating in the low power mode CV mode.

摘要： A shield can for an electronic eyewear device is described that reduces RF signals emanating from the electronic eyewear device. The shield can is attached to a ground plate of the electronic eyewear device using leaf springs on a side of the shield can. The leaf springs do not add to the stack-up thickness of the shield can assembly and provide a balanced force against the ground plate. The shield can is attached to a printed circuit board and encompasses radio frequency (RF) electronic components to prevent RF signals emanating from the RF electronic components. The leaf springs have a pair of fingers providing the balanced mechanical point force. A conductive pressure sensitive adhesive is also provided to secure a top surface of the shield can to the ground plate along with a thermal paste.

摘要： An electronic eyewear device includes a display and a speaker system adapted to present augment reality objects and associated sounds in a scene being viewed by the user. A processor receives one or more audio tracks respectively associated with one or more augmented reality objects, encodes the audio tracks into an aggregated audio track including the audio tracks, a header for each audio track that uniquely identifies each respective audio track, and an aggregate header that identifies the number of tracks in the aggregated audio track. The processor transfers the aggregated audio track to an audio processor that uses the header for each audio track and the aggregate header to separate the audio tracks from the aggregated audio track. The audio processor processes the audio tracks independently in parallel and provides the audio tracks to the speaker system for presentation with the augmented reality objects.
