Abstract:
A spray gun including: a body having a gun barrel; a coating material nozzle disposed on a tip end side of the gun barrel, and an air cap disposed on the tip end side of the gun barrel to surround a tip end portion of the coating material nozzle, wherein the tip end portion of the coating material nozzle has on the tip end surface thereof a guide wall spreading, and also has on the outer peripheral surface thereof a plurality of V-shaped grooves channeled in a longitudinal direction, and wherein the V-shaped groove has, in a triangle shaped cross section defined by contours crossing the guide wall, a height in the range of 0.5 mm to 2.5 mm and an opening angle of a bottom vertex in the range of 20 degrees to 100 degrees.
Abstract:
A coating solution that contains 10 to 20% by weight of epoxy resin serving as a thermosetting resin, 20 to 30% by weight of MoS2, and 5 to 10% by weight of graphite, with a remainder thereof constituted by an organic solvent, is sprayed onto a wrap portion side face of an orbiting scroll from a spray nozzle . While spraying the coating solution, the orbiting scroll is rotated on a rotating table and the spray nozzle is moved along a rectilinear movement path toward a radial direction outer side of the orbiting scroll while maintaining an attitude thereof from the start of the spraying process. After applying the coating solution, the coating solution is dried by baking, whereupon a break-in operation is performed. As a result, an elastic coating is formed at a coating thickness that enables elastic deformation in accordance with a clearance between the wrap portion side faces.
Abstract:
In a double rotation type scroll expander having double expansion chambers, a single integrated drive shaft is disposed to penetrate the interior of a housing, the double expansion chambers are formed by a drive scroll body and a driven scroll body, and a working medium introduction hole is provided in an axial direction of the drive shaft such that the working medium is supplied evenly to the double expansion chambers through the working medium introduction hole via a radial direction hole. The drive shaft and the drive scroll body formed integrally with the drive shaft rotate while the driven scroll body rotates synchronously with the drive scroll shaft via an interlocking mechanism.
Abstract:
A scroll fluid machine includes a revolving scroll in which a revolving wrap stands upright on an end plate supported revolvably on a drive shaft, and a fixed scroll which is provided opposite the revolving scroll and in which a fixed wrap stands upright on an end plate. The revolving and fixed wraps overlap to form a compression chamber for compressing a fluid by causing the revolving scroll to revolve. The scroll fluid machine further includes a rod-shaped member attached to the end plate of the revolving scroll and extending to a rear surface side of the fixed scroll, which is a side not opposing the revolving scroll. A revolving plate is attached to the rod-shaped member, provided with a pin crank mechanism, and supported revolvably on the drive shaft. The revolving plate is provided with a sealing unit that seals the compression chamber in an axial direction.
Abstract:
A compressed gas supply unit includes compressors. Gas discharged from the compressors is stored in a storage tank and then supplied to a gas recipient. The pressure of the storage tank, the operation temperature and the power consumption of each compressor, and the temperature around the compressors are sent to a controller and a monitoring device. A determination unit of the controller determines the presence or absence of the abnormality of the compressor from a difference between the operation temperature of the compressor and the temperature around the compressors. An effective load calculation unit calculates the effective load of each compressor from the power consumption of the compressor and the pressure of the storage tank. The controller controls the compressors based on the calculated effective load such that the loads of the compressors are equalized. An estimation unit estimates maintenance timing from the effective load.
Abstract:
The invention aims to provide a scroll fluid machine which has auxiliary cranks divided into two separate crank members connected by pressure fitting in the process of assembling of the scroll machine. Each of the auxiliary cranks for regulating the motion of the revolving scroll is divided into a revolving scroll side crank member and a stationary scroll side crank member, the crank members are configured such that one of the crank members can be pressed into the other crank member, and both of the crank members are connected to compose a one-piece auxiliary crank when both of the scrolls are assembled.
Abstract:
Provided is an electrostatic spraying device capable of spraying liquid, such as paint, onto a sprayed object in a stable manner. The electrostatic spraying device of the invention releases liquid in an electrically-charged state from a nozzle using an electrostatic force generated by voltage application and thus sprays the liquid onto a sprayed object. The electrostatic spraying device comprises a nozzle head provided with the nozzle comprising a plurality of nozzles made of conductive or semiconductive material and a voltage application device configured to apply voltage between the nozzles and a heteropolar portion (sprayed object) that is heteropolar to the nozzles and thus generate the electrostatic force. The nozzles are so arranged that distance between axes L of at least adjacent nozzles increases with increasing distance from the nozzle head.
Abstract:
A scroll fluid machine includes fixed and orbiting scrolls which define a compression chamber; a land which divides the compression chamber into first-stage and second-stage compression chambers; a wrap groove defined in a spiral shape along a tip of a fixed wrap of the fixed scroll; an intermediate groove defined in the land; a seal member; and an intermediate seal member. The land includes a first-stage outlet in communication with the first-stage compression chamber and a second-stage inlet in communication with the second-stage compression chamber. The wrap groove includes an outer peripheral wrap groove adjacent to the land on a radially outward side and an inner peripheral wrap groove adjacent to the land on a radially inward side. The intermediate groove is in communication with the outer and inner peripheral wrap grooves. The seal member is fitted in the wrap groove except the outer and inner wrap grooves.
