    摘要: A compressor may include a shell assembly, a non-orbiting scroll, and an orbiting scroll. The shell assembly may define a discharge chamber. The non-orbiting scroll includes a first end plate and a first spiral wrap extending from the first end plate. The first end plate may include a variable-volume-ratio port. The orbiting scroll may be disposed within the discharge chamber. The orbiting scroll includes a second end plate and a second spiral wrap extending from the second end plate and cooperating with the first spiral wrap to define a plurality of fluid pockets therebetween. The second end plate may include a discharge passage in communication with a radially innermost one of the fluid pockets and the discharge chamber. The variable-volume-ratio port may be disposed radially outward relative to the discharge passage and may be in selective communication with the radially innermost one of the fluid pockets.

The scroll compressor may include a casing including a rotational shaft, a main frame coupled to an inside of the casing, a first scroll that revolves due to rotation of the rotational shaft, the first scroll being supported by the main frame, and a second scroll disposed on or at a side of the first scroll to define a plurality of compression chambers together with the first scroll. The second scroll may include a head plate including a wrap, and at least one coupling guide that extends from the head plate. The at least one coupling guide may include a first reference pin coupling hole, into which a reference pin may be inserted, and a guide hole, into which a coupling member may be inserted.

    摘要: A scroll compressor with unfastened thrust plate includes a compressor housing and scroll compressor bodies disposed in the compressor housing. The scroll bodies include a fixed scroll body and a moveable scroll body. The fixed and moveable scroll bodies have respective bases and respective scroll ribs that project from the respective bases. The scroll ribs mutually engage. The moveable scroll body is movable relative to the fixed scroll body for compressing fluid. An upper bearing member provides axial thrust support to the moveable scroll compressor body through a bearing support via an unfastened thrust plate that is located between the upper bearing member and the moveable scroll body. The unfastened thrust plate has no means of attachment to the upper bearing member or to the moveable scroll body.
