    摘要: The present invention realizes (i) a gas flow measuring device which can measure a gas flow of a low-boiling gas in a mixed gas including two types of gasses having different boiling points, and (ii) a method of measuring a gas flow easily but highly precisely, using the gas flow measuring device. The gas flow measuring device includes a condensing tank for condensing a mixed gas in which two types of gasses having different boiling points are mixed with each other, and a flow meter for measuring the flow of the mixed gas. After condensing the mixed gas in the condensing tank so as to cause the gas flow of the high-boiling gas to be known, the flow is measured using the flow meter so that the gas flow of the low-boiling gas is worked out.

    摘要: The characteristic of nonlinear processing with respect to image data is designated by a GUI and the result of the processing quickly displayed. A personal computer 72 displays a GUI image for input on a monitor. When a user designates a nonlinear characteristic on the GUI image by an input device 70, the personal computer 72 extracts a break point approximation function indicating the nonlinear characteristic and displays the same in the GUI image. Further, the personal computer 72 generates a program for executing nonlinear processing indicated by the extracted break point approximation function by a linear array type multiple parallel processor (DSP 80) and downloads the generated program to the DSP 80.

    摘要: A light absorbing layer, and a window layer formed thereon constitutes a first conduction-type semiconductor layer. In a part of this first conduction-type semiconductor layer there is provided a second conduction-type region extending to the light absorbing layer through the window layer. A part of the window layer around the second conduction region is selectively removed. Consequently even when light intended to enter a light detecting region is incident outside of the light detecting region, most of the carriers generated there are recombined at a surface level of the light absorbing layer before diffusing in a depletion layer. This light detecting device therefor does not substantially detect sensitivity to light incident outside the light detecting region.

    摘要: A color cathode ray tube has a coating film formed over an outer surface of a face plate. The coating film prevents a charge-up phenomenon of the face plate and also has a function for improving a contrast performance of the color cathode ray tube. The coating film is composed of a polymer of silicon alkoxide, translucent conductive particles and plural types of dyes or pigments. The absorption peak of the main absorption band of the coating film is set in the range between the main spectrum wavelength of 570 nm of the green luminescence and the main spectrum wavelength of 610 nm of the red luminescence of the color cathode ray tube. The absorption peak of the sub absorption band of the coating film is in at least one of a first range between a wavelength of 380 nm and a wavelength of 420 nm and a second range between a wavelength of 470 nm and a wavelength of 510 nm.
