An active matrix organic electroluminescent device includes a thin-film transistor, an organic electroluminescent device, and a spacer layer deposited between the thin-film transistor and the organic electroluminescent device, wherein the spacer layer is made of adhesive for a dual curing system selected from the group consisting of ultraviolet curing-thermal curing, ultraviolet curing-microwave curing, ultraviolet curing-anaerobic curing, and ultraviolet curing-electron beam curing system. The present invention solves the poor adhesiveness between the thin-film transistor and the organic electroluminescent device, and improves the moisture and oxygen proof ability. The preparation method is simple, effective, and able to lower the cost and difficulty, and greatly improve the yield rate of the device.

The procedure includes generating a projection including an anatomic structure, tracing a curve corresponding to the anatomic structure, extracting a curved volume of interest based on the curve and the projection, and extracting a segmentation of the anatomic structure. Also provided is a procedure for aligning anatomic structures in images, and a system, apparatus, and computer program that operate in accordance with the procedure. The procedure includes determining part of a biliary system in a first image, determining part of a hepatic portal vein or a hepatic artery in a second image, determining a gallbladder in the images, determining a cost function, and aligning the biliary system and the hepatic portal vein or hepatic artery by maximizing the cost function.

The method further requires that the mixing step (3) is conducted by using a homogenizer having a rotating member.

A method for forming a photovoltaic cell. The method includes providing a first silicon material characterized by a resistivity less than about 0.5 ohm cm−1 and a first conductive type impurity characteristic. The first silicon material forms a first conductor layer for a photovoltaic cell. The method deposits a polysilicon film material overlying the surface region. In a specific embodiment, the polysilicon material has the first conductive type impurity characteristics and a resistivity greater than about 0.5 ohm cm−1. In a specific embodiment, the first polysilicon film material is characterized by a grain size greater than about 0.1 mm. The method forms a second conductive type impurity region having a second conductive type impurity characteristics opposite to the first conductive type impurity characteristics in a vicinity of a first surface region of the polysilicon film material. A second conductor layer overlies the second conductive type impurity region to form a photovoltaic cell.

Each physical volume has a plurality of physical extents, and a data storage method includes the following steps. Obtaining access frequencies of all the physical extents in statistics; performing a data migration operation, migrating and saving data in the physical extents satisfying an access frequency threshold value in the second type of physical volume to the physical extents without any data in the first type of physical volume; and rewriting a corresponding physical extent number for the migrated data.
