A method of single photon emission computed tomography (SPECT) using dual-isotopes of [99mTc]TRODAT-1 and [123I]ADAM is provided. Through SPECT, anomalies in dopamine and serotonin system are diagnosed with their photos in one examination. Thus, cost and labor for two examinations are saved and uses of SPECT are reduced.

An analytical technique for determining the structures of serotonin transporter (SERT) imaging agent [123I] ADAM and its precursor, SnADAM by using a high-performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometer (LC-MS/MS) is provided. An analytical technique for determining the purity of SnADAM by using a high-performance liquid chromatograph (HPLC) is also provided.

A compound containing carboxylate ester and N2S2 ligand bi-functional groups and a manufacturing method thereof are disclosed. The S in the N2S2 ligand of the compound containing carboxylate ester and N2S2 ligand bi-functional groups includes a protective group so as to avoid to be oxidized and easy storage. In a complex reaction, the protective group is automatically released As to the active carboxylate ester, it is for reacting with compounds having amino groups such as amines, amino acids, peptides, or protein etc while the N2S2 ligand is for bonding with technetium or rhenium so as to form neutral complex. The compound containing carboxylate ester and N2S2 ligand bi-functional groups is applied to radiopharmaceuticals such as contrast agents for tissues and target agents.

An automated synthesis system for iodine-123-IBZM nuclear medicine includes a control/display means, a reactant supply means connecting to the control/display means; an adsorption means connecting to the control/display means and to the reactant supply means, an oxidation means connecting the control/display means, the reactant supply means and the adsorption means, a product collection means connecting to the control/display means, the reactant supply means, the adsorption means and the oxidation means; a waste liquid collection means connecting to the control/display means, the adsorption means and the product collection means, and a gas filtration means connecting the control/display means, the oxidation means and the product collection means. This system can automate the processing steps needed for marking, such as oxidation, reduction, neutralization, adsorption, washing and elution etc, and reduce hand operating time, radiation exposure dose, and mistakes and deviations, while stabilizing the product quality, increasing the product yield, and improving the purity.

The invention discloses an innovative process to produce highly antibacterial nano-composite fabric textile containing silver metal compound. The process mainly uses high-energy D-ray radiation to modify silver type of bactericides and graft or crosslink them onto Nylon or PET fiber surface to produce excellent antibacterial textile products. The mechanism uses silver nano-compound as performance additive and through Co-60 irradiation technique reduces and firmly fastens silver particles onto Nylon or PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) fiber material. Because the inorganic silver type bactericides actively interact with enzymes in bacteria or destroy cell walls to achieve good bactericidal effect, the radiation process does not need initiators or other additives. So the process is simple and effective. The test results prove excellent bactericidal power and potential value in household or medical textile products.

The automatic apparatus includes a base, two elevators, two clamping units, a translation unit, a limiting unit, and a holder. The first elevator is movably supported on the base. The first clamping unit includes a sliding block movably supported on the first elevator, a shaft rotationally connected to the sliding block, and a quick-release clamp connected to the shaft. The translation unit is located on the base. The second elevator is movably supported on the translation unit. The second clamping unit includes a sliding block movably supported on the second elevator, a shaft connected to the sliding block thereof, and a pneumatic clamp connected to the shaft thereof. The limiting unit is connected to the second elevator and operable for limiting downward movement of the second elevator. The holder is located on the base.
