    摘要: A method and apparatus for calibrating a video display overlay. The method includes the steps of providing calibration indicia, providing an image capture device and an image processor operatively connected to the image capture device, positioning the image capture device with respect to the calibration indicia, capturing an image of the calibration indicia using the image capture device, analyzing the image using the image processor to identify the portions of the image that correspond to the calibration indicia, outputting the result as calibration indicia position data, and calculating a calibration data set based on the calibration indicia position data using the image processor. The apparatus includes calibration indicia, an image capture device directed toward the calibration indicia for providing a reference image, and an image processor electrically connected to the image capture device.

    摘要: Methods and process steps for mapping, cleaning and providing barrier coatings to interior walls of piping systems. An entire piping system can be cleaned in one single pass by dry particulates forced by air and the piping system coated in one single pass. Pipes can be protected from water corrosion, erosion and electrolysis. Pipes having diameters of approximately ⅜″ up to approximately 6″ are treatable. Piping systems such as potable water lines, natural gas lines, HVAC , drains , and fire sprinkler systems in homes, apartments, high-rise hotel/resorts, office towers, high-rise apartment and condominiums and schools, can be treated. The coating forms an approximately 4 mils or greater covering inside the pipes. Buildings can return to service within approximately 24 to approximately 96 hours.

    摘要: A cordless pressure pad connected to a bed pad transmitter for centralized monitoring by a central bed monitor receiving and alarm unit. When a monitored person gets up from bed, the pad transmitter sends a coded RF signal matched to a particular bed monitor unit, and it then triggers an alarm; when the person sits or lays back down, the pad transmitter sends a signal to the monitor to reset. Multiple pads can be linked to a single bed monitor.

    摘要: A gripper device for loosening, tightening or gripping objects. The gripper device has a support structure with a fixed, object contact surface, that preferably has a high friction surface. One end of a pivot arm is pivotally attached to the support structure. The pivot arm has a free end. A cinch strap with two ends is provided. On end of the cinch strap is attached to the free end of the pivot arm and another end of the cinch strap is fixed to the structure. By moving a jar or other cylindrical object into turning contact with the cinch strap, that object will be captured and held in place.
