Abstract:
An apparatus for mounting a jacking device is provided, which is fixed to a flat surface of a trunk compartment in a vehicle, and can conveniently mount the jacking device through pushing of the jacking device from the front to the rear. The mounted state of the jacking device is maintained by restraining the jacking device from being moved in all directions. The jacking device mounting apparatus includes a lower plate fixed to a flat surface in a vehicle, on which a jacking device is mounted; an upper plate placed over the lower plate and spaced apart from the lower plate to from a first space therebetween, a center portion of the upper plate being cut to form a second space; a locking pin for locking a forward of the upper plate; and locking-pin fixing brackets for fixing the locking pin.

Abstract:
A mask frame assembly in a cathode ray tube is capable of minimizing a howling phenomenon and preventing local wrinkles of a shadow mask by optimizing positioning of compression of the mask frame assembly. A mask frame assembly for applying optimal tension in a cathode ray tube includes a shadow mask for selecting color and a frame assembly having a main frame for applying tension to the shadow mask and a sub-frame for supporting the main frame, wherein each of compression points of the main frame is set to satisfy the following expressions, (L/2)×0.38≦X1≦(L/2)×0.52, and (L/2)×0.80≦X2×(L/2)×0.98, where L is a length of a long side of the main frame, X1 and X2 are distances from the center of the main frame to each of compression points P1 and P2 in both sides.
Abstract:
A Cathode Ray Tube (hereinafter, CRT), includes a mask assembly which is composed of a main frame for supporting the shadow mask and a sub frame for supporting the main frame. When the minimum distance between the flat surface extended from the upper surface of the main frame and the flat surface extended from the lower surface of the sub frame is Lb, the height of the sub frame is Ls and the minimum distance between the flat surface extended from the upper surface of the main frame and the flat surface extended from the lower surface of the sub frame, in case the mask is attached to the mask assembly, is La, the following equation, 0.40≦Ls/Lb≦0.55 or 0.45≦(Ls−Lm)/Lb≦0.59 is satisfied and after compression, the following equation, 0.08≦(La−Lb)/(Lb-Lm)≦0.17 is satisfied. Therefore, the creep phenomenon, causing tension degradation and wrinkles at the corner portion of the shadow mask after the heat processing, can be prevented and the howling phenomenon, which can cause serious degradation of quality of screens by vibration of the CRT, can be prevented, considering the instrumental formality with a panel at the same time.
