摘要: A device may include a processor configured to receive a report from a fixed wireless access device indicating that no anchoring relationship exists between a Fourth Generation (4G) base station and a Fifth Generation (5G) base station to which the fixed wireless access device is attempting to connect. The device may be further configured to instruct a network management system to create the anchoring relationship between the 4G base station and the 5G base station; and update an anchoring relationships database with information relating to the created anchoring relationship, wherein the anchoring relationships database stores information relating to anchoring relationships between base stations in a radio access network.

摘要: An illustrative augmented reality (AR) management system determines a first optic parameter of a user corresponding to a first viewed point in a real-world environment and a second optic parameter of the user corresponding to a second viewed point in the real-world environment. The first viewed point and the second viewed point are viewed by the user as the user visually focuses on a target point in the real-world environment. The AR management system determines a depth value of the target point based on the first optic parameter and the second optic parameter, and creates an AR anchor associated with the target point based at least on the depth value. Corresponding methods and systems are also disclosed.

摘要: A device may determine traffic information of a user equipment (UE) operating in a first operating mode. The first operating mode may be associated with the UE monitoring a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH), via a first bandwidth part (BWP), according to a first rate. The device may determine, based on the traffic information, that the UE is to operate in a different operating mode including one of: a second operating mode associated with monitoring the PDCCH, via the first BWP, according to a second rate exceeding the first rate, a third operating mode associated with monitoring the PDCCH, via a second BWP less than the first BWP, according to the second rate, or a fourth operating mode associated with monitoring the PDCCH, via the second BWP, according to the first rate. The device may cause the UE to transition to the different operating mode.

摘要: A network device may include a memory storing instructions and processor configured to execute the instructions to receive a request for a session management (SM) policy association in relation to establishment of a packet data unit (PDU) session for a particular user equipment (UE) device; sending, to a second network device, a request for an access and mobility (AM) policy decision pertaining to the UE device; receiving the AM policy decision from the second network device, and creating the SM policy association based on at least the received AM policy decision. The request for SM policy association includes an identifier associated with the second network device. The processor may be further configured to determine whether the network device is the same as another network device based on the identifier; and transmit a request to the second network device when it is determined that the first network device is not the same as the other network device.

摘要: Disclosed are systems and methods for a Rich Communication Services (RCS) Proxy that can be enabled via a novel network element, which provides functionality for establishing and enabling emergency RCS communications. The disclosed RCS framework can facilitate simultaneous voice and chat features for an emergency services caller. With Session Initiation Protocol (SIP and Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure (HTTPS) interfaces, the disclosed RCS framework can function to automatically establish an emergency chat session for RCS-capable devices. For devices that are not configured with RCS capabilities, the disclosed framework can function to provide a uniform resource locator (URL) via a short message/messaging service (SMS) message, such that via interaction with the URL, an internet session with the PSAP can be established. Accordingly, the disclosed RCS framework provides functionality for aligning voice and chat interactions between conversing entities (e.g., a user caller and a dispatcher at the PSAP handling the incoming call).

A network device of a wireless access network provides the service that includes identifying redundant configurations across carriers associated with a cell group, and links the common beam configurations to these carriers. The service also includes identifying any difference in beam configurations relative to the common beam configurations for a carrier. The service may transmit this beam configuration information in a control plane message to an end device. The end device may use the beam configuration information.
