    摘要: A compressing diaphragm pump with multiple effects includes an eccentric roundel mount with three cylindrical eccentric roundels, a pump head body with three operating holes, and a diaphragm membrane with three annular positioning protrusions. A basic curved groove or other positioning structure is circumferentially disposed around each operating hole while a basic curved protrusion or other mating positioning structure is provided in the diaphragm membrane for suitably coupling with the corresponding groove or positioning structure in the pump head body upon assembly, resulting in a shortened length of moment arm from the basic curved protrusions or other positioning structures and an annular positioning protrusion, and a reduction in vibration-caused noise and resonant shaking in comparison with a conventional compressing diaphragm pump. The cylindrical eccentric roundels each includes a sloped top ring extending between an annular positioning groove and a vertical or inverted frustoconical flank of the eccentric roundel mount resulting in an extended service lifespan of the compressing diaphragm pump.

    摘要: The present invention provides a “warning device dedicated for replacing aged-filter in a handheld showerhead”, which comprises a showerhead stem, an impeller mount, an impeller, a signal circuit device and a transparent lid. The showerhead stem includes an upper adapting section, a lower adapting section, and a mounting cavity for containing parts of impeller and signal circuit device. With upper adapting section and lower adapting section, the warning device can be easily sandwiched between showerhead and filter cylinder of conventional “handheld showerhead with built-in filter”. Other than inherent measuring display for quantity of shower water and alerting function for timely replacing filter cartridge, the warning device also solves all issues of “top-heavy awkwardness”, “quickened aging fatigue” and “redundant purchase waste”, which happened in the prior arts of “handheld showerhead with filter replacing pre-alarm device” or “handheld showerhead with filter replacing pre-display device” and conventional “handheld showerhead with built-in filter”.

    摘要: The present invention provides a vibration reducing device for pump cover body of water shut-off diaphragm pump comprising a hood cover mount and a pump cover body with a containing pit, which orderly accommodates a plastic elastic membrane disk, an obstructing baffle and a compressed spring therein. The plastic elastic membrane disk includes a downward central flow directing buffer, which can insert into a flow directing compartment in the containing pit when the hood cover mount docks with the pump cover body. The flow directing buffer can not only absorb the direct impacting momentum of pumped high pressurized water to the surrounding internal wall of the flow directing compartment but also redirect the random impacting direction of the high pressurized water. Thus, the vibration of the pump cover body with annoying noise created by the impacting momentum of the high pressurized water is deleted.

    摘要: A hand held shower head with filter replacing pre-display device comprises a round recess socket with hoop female threads created into the reverse side of a shower head shell to let an alerting pod screwing mesh therein. A signal circuit device is embedded in the alerting pod for measuring and displaying function. The alerting pod can be either screwing meshed into the recess socket for normal measuring and alerting function or screwing detached off the recess socket for battery recharging operation. Thereby, not only the shower head shell can be adequately powered but also the alerting pod can be separated out of the shower head shell for independently recharging operation so that shower head shell is unnecessary to discarded and replaced even the power supply in the signal circuit device is running out. Thus, it not only saves resource waste but also conserves economical expense incurred by frequent replacement of the shower head shell.

    摘要: A compressing diaphragm pump having automatic air expelling and pressure abnormal-preventing features for spray use has a hollow tubular air discharge assembly having a plunger body and compressed spring as well as an air passage pierced at the wall of the water exit port and an air discharge orifice pierced of the central top surface of the air discharge assembly for connecting with the plunger body. When air is mixed within the pressurized water, the resilient force of the compressed spring is bigger than the water pressure of the pressurized water. This allows the air mixed in the pressurized water to get into the air passage and pass the plunger opening of the plunger body via through pore, and is dispelled out of the upper hood via the air discharge orifice of the air discharge assembly.

    摘要: The present invention provides an eccentric roundel structure for three-compressing-chamber diaphragm pump. The eccentric roundel structure is a truncated-cylinder eccentric roundel in an eccentric roundel mount. The truncated-cylinder eccentric roundel characteristically comprises an annular positioning dent, a truncated cylinder peripheral and a sloped top ring created from the annular positioning dent to the truncated cylinder peripheral to replace a conventional rounded shoulder. By means of the sloped top ring, the oblique pull and squeezing phenomena of high frequency incurred by the rounded shoulder in a conventional tubular eccentric roundel are completely eliminated. Thus, not only the durability of the three-compressing-chamber diaphragm pump for sustaining the pumping action of high frequency from the truncated-cylinder eccentric roundels is mainly enhanced but also the service lifespan of the three-compressing-chamber diaphragm pump is exceedingly prolonged.
