Abstract: The present invention provides a modular wall assembly with prefabricated wires, comprising: a base and multiple modular wall frames. The base is provided with wires and extends out of the base, and at least one connecting groove and a plurality of convex rings are fixed on the base, and the connecting groove is provided with a plurality of conducting parts, and the conducting parts are in electrical communication with wires in the base. The modular wall frames are provided with wires, and comprising: at least one connecting stud, at least one upper connecting groove, a plurality of upper convex rings, a plurality of lower grooves, and a locking device. Through those structure, the workers can quickly build a wall with strength not much different from a normal wall, while also setting up the indoor devices by using the prefabricated wires in the modular wall frame.

Abstract: An advanced chassis structure design offers more battery storage spaces than same-class electric vehicles. The chassis structure provides four battery storage spaces. The significance of these additional storage areas lies in their direct impact on extending the driving range of the vehicle. The chassis structure design further addresses the issue of battery replacement in an electric vehicle chassis. Typically, when an electric vehicle runs out of battery, it takes several minutes or even hours for the battery to be fully recharged. When the battery is broken, the replacement process often involves significant disassembly, which is also time-consuming. With the chassis structure design, the battery is positioned underneath the chassis and fastened within the battery tray and protective battery case. This means that when it comes to battery replacement, the battery can be swapped just by removing a few screws.

Abstract: An expandable structure includes an expansion section having walls that can stack into and be deployed from a wall enclosure central housing. Linear actuators can be deployed on the wall enclosure for facilitating the movement of wall panels into and out of the central housing. Each linear actuators can be easily dissembled out of the structure for maintenance or future upgrade. Concurrently, the linear actuators can work in synergy with a precision track system, ensuring the precise displacement of each individual wall panel. Abstract: An expandable kitchen includes an expandable kitchen cabinet and a movable kitchen table. In the compacted state, an outer kitchen cabinet may be disposed adjacent other cabinets, while the kitchen table may be disposed over other cabinets and/or the kitchen sink. In the expanded state, the outer kitchen cabinet may be moved away from the other kitchen cabinets and the table may be expanded both radially and longitudinally to provide a table surface. A shelving unit may be movable to provide an extension to the table top. During movement of the shelving unit, the shelves May remain horizontal so that the shelf can be easily converted into a table top without the need for moving items on the shelves.
