摘要： A table with four chairs can be stored together into a secure, flattened assembly. The four chairs can store under the table such that, when the legs of the table are folded to be adjacent a back side of the table, the folded legs act as a stopper to prevent the chairs from sliding out when moving the table. The foldable chairs can include a foldable backrest and can have support bars between each pair of legs. 摘要： A self-powered mobile base station unit, intended for modular houses and other dwellings, is connected via optical fiber or microwave backhaul to provide an improved arrangement of communication base station networks to cater for the fast development of high-speed LTE and 5G networks in the country. Baseband unit (BBU), remote radio unit (RRU) and antenna (or active antenna unit (AAU) for 5G), optical fiber or parabolic antenna (microwave backhaul), power and battery, solar energy panels and savonius wind turbine, and any other accessories like a lifting platform, air conditioning and monitoring, are included into the mobile self-powered base station unit. The energy harvesting devices can cover the energy consumption of the base station system and can provide extra electricity for the resident of the modular house. The base station can include a water heat exchanger to warm water for use by the dwelling while providing cooling for the base station.

摘要： An expandable home can expand horizontally with walls and floors that are foldable to the side of the structure. The movable house structure can be road mobile in a stowed state and can be expanded into a multi-bedroom house with a loft in an expanded state. The two outside walls can be driven out from the main body frame and two floor panels are hingedly connected with the body frame to be folded down for the expanded room. There are two retractable roofs on the top of the main structure that can be pulled out with the outside walls. Two long side wall panels are hingedly connected and folded into the middle while the two short wall panels are inserted into and raised from the short wall panels of first floor.

摘要： A retractable roof construction can be manufactured in a factory and quickly deployed when assembling the house. The retractable roof can be made in parts and assembled into its compact formation whilst in the factory. This compact formation reduces space occupied in shipment, reducing the overall cost. When the compact formation roof is on a construction site, the roof can expand on both sides and be raised in the middle to provide an angle to protect against the rain. The expending process can be automated for reducing labor used in the construction.
