    摘要: In an embodiment, conductance of electricity to a heating element (4) for heating a throttle valve (2) of an automobile engine and a peripheral section thereof is performed only during a period wherein this heating can be performed effectively. Specifically, a controller (53) receives an output signal from an air flow sensor (54), and when a quantity of intake air is equal to or less than a predetermined “intake air quantity criterion for heating”, conduction of electricity to the heating element (4) is carried out. Conversely, when the quantity of intake air is greater than this “intake air quantity criterion for heating”, conduction of electricity to the heating element 4 is prohibited.

    摘要: A throttle control apparatus comprises a throttle valve placed in an intake passage, a motor for driving the throttle valve, an electronic control unit (ECU) for controlling the motor, and a throttle sensor for detecting an actual opening degree of the throttle valve. The ECU determines that the throttle valve is frozen when the actual opening degree does not reach a target opening degree even after a driving time for driving the motor has exceeded a predetermined time, and then stores the actual opening degree at the time as an icing opening degree. The ECU supplies a driving duty to cause the motor to produce required driving torque for removal of icing and reverses the driving duty by open control, and controls the motor to bring an accumulated value of a deviation between the target opening degree and the icing opening degree to zero, thereby repeatedly swinging the throttle valve.

    摘要: A multiplexed communication system for automatically setting up a multiplexed call circuit between exchanges upon occurrence of a call only when the multiplexed call circuit is required while otherwise releasing the multiplexed call circuit. The multiplexed communication system includes a plurality of exchanges, each of which includes multiplexing/demultiplexing apparatus for compressing and multiplexing data inputted from first input/output to thereby output the compressed and multiplexed data to second input/output ports and for demultiplexing and expanding data inputted from the second input/output to thereby output the demultiplexed and expanded data to the first input/output port, control information messaging apparatus for messaging control information, first detection apparatus for detecting occurrence of a compressible call, and second detection apparatus for detecting that all the calls connected to the first input/output ports have been released. Upon detection of the compressible call by the first detection apparatus, a circuit is set up between the exchanges through the multiplexing/demultiplexing apparatus while the control information is transferred between the exchanges through the call control information messaging means, to thereby connect the call to the first input/output ports between the exchanges. When it is detected that all the calls connected to the first input/output ports have been released, the circuit between the exchanges is released.
