Abstract: A display panel includes: a first substrate and a second substrate; and a liquid crystal layer. A refractive index of the light extraction portion is greater than or equal to a refractive index of the first base, and a refractive index of a portion of the light conversion portion in direct contact with the first base is less than the refractive index of the first base.
