摘要: The present invention comprises a removable cover plate assembly, which may be quickly attached, detached and adjusted to the exterior of a concave grate of a combine harvester in order to adjust the flow characteristics of the concave or separator grate assemblies. The cover plate assembly improves the threshing capability of the rasp bar threshing cylinder while simultaneously capturing additional threshed grain. Moreover, the cover plate assembly of the present invention enables a single set of concave grate assemblies to better harvest a wider variety of crop types.

摘要: The instant application provides a method for running an organization. Each individual in the organization is assigned to one of a plurality of circles. The circles uses dynamic steering in the performance of periodic governance meetings. The governance meetings are used to: define accountabilities, in which each accountability is an activity performed in service of the organization; define roles; assign to each role at least one of the accountabilities; assign to each individual in the circle at least one of the roles, wherein each individual filling a role is accountable to the organization for every accountability assigned to that role; and using a decision-making process to resolve identified tensions within the circle. Additionally, the circles use dynamic steering in the performance of periodic operational meetings. The operational meetings are used to: exchange information and make decisions requiring integration of multiple roles in the circle; review metrics relevant to the circle; and resolve tactical issues related to the circle.

摘要: A tool for soldering pin-in-hole electronic circuit components includes a tool plate with a set of via holes corresponding to the holes of a circuit board on which a circuit component is soldered. The board is aligned with the tool plate and hot gas is supplied through the set of plate vias to reflow solder in the board holes. The tool is particularly suitable for use in removing and replacing pinned circuit components. Use of particular gases (e.g., nitrogen) allows soldering to be carried out without the use of flux. Advantages of the tool are that it prevents burning the circuit board and/or unintentionally reflowing other circuit components mounted on the board (by directing hot gas only substantially onto the circuit board's solder-containing holes).

摘要: This invention generally relates to an optical beam steering apparatus and a method of manufacturing an optical beam steering apparatus, and more particularly to an optical add drop multiplexer (OADM) such as a reconfigurable OADM (ROADM) comprising the optical beam steering apparatus. In one embodiment, the apparatus comprises a slab and a plurality of optical elements in or on a first surface of said slab, the plurality of optical elements including at least one liquid crystal on silicon element, the apparatus being arranged such that at least one optical beam can propagate freely in the slab from one of said plurality of optical elements to another one of said plurality of optical elements via a reflection from a second surface of the optical beam steering apparatus.
