Abstract: According to an aspect of the present invention, a device for generating frames for communication according to a specific communication protocol is provided. The communication protocol defines a plurality of kinds of frame formats and a beacon frame format defined by the communication protocol specifies a plurality of fields to be included in a beacon frame. The device generates a frame based on a frame format defined by the communication protocol. The device generates a beacon frame so that at least one of the plurality of fields specified by the beacon frame format defined by the communication protocol is omitted.

Abstract: An electronic device acquires pulse wave information indicating a pulse wave of a first portion of a body and pulse wave information indicating a pulse wave of a second portion of the body, based on video information of the body in each of a first video and a second video obtained by imaging the body. The device further acquires, based on a relationship between the pulse wave information of the first portion and the pulse wave information of the second portion acquired from the first video, and a relationship between the pulse wave information of the first portion and the pulse wave information of the second portion acquired from the second video, a measurement result indicating a degree of change in blood flow from when imaging the first video to when imaging the second video.

Abstract: A communication apparatus includes a communication unit and a controller. The controller determines, according to a first reference of received signal strength in one communication apparatus which is either an external communication apparatus or the communication apparatus, a transmitted signal strength for a transmission radio wave from the other communication apparatus as a first reference of transmitted signal strength. The controller determines a second reference of transmitted signal strength between the first reference of transmitted signal strength and a maximum strength of transmitted signal strength from the other communication apparatus. When a predetermined condition is satisfied, the controller obtains a received signal strength of the one communication apparatus for the transmission radio wave in the second reference of transmitted signal strength and determines a transmitted signal strength of a transmission radio wave from the other communication apparatus according to the received signal strength.
