Abstract: A voltage sensor abnormality diagnosis apparatus is applied to a motor controller operating switching of inverter by a switching signal for complementary on and off and diagnoses abnormality of input voltage sensor. An input voltage estimated value calculation section calculates input voltage estimated value by multiplying voltage command amplitude deviation by conversion coefficient, the voltage command amplitude deviation being obtained by subtracting theoretical voltage command amplitude, which is amplitude of theoretical voltage command calculated by using a motor model expression, from a control voltage command amplitude, which is an amplitude of a control voltage command calculated by feedback control and has been corrected by the dead time correction amount. An abnormality determination section determines that the input voltage sensor is abnormal if an absolute value of a difference between an input voltage sensor value and the input voltage estimated value is larger than a voltage threshold value.

Abstract: A control device of a three-phase AC motor includes: an inverter; a current sensor for a sensor phase current; and a controller switching a switching element of each phase of the inverter and having a current estimation device, which calculates a sensor-phase-standard current phase according to α and β axis currents and a current estimated value of another phase. The current estimation device calculates the α axis current at every switching and intermediate timings, calculates a first differential value of the α axis current at every switch timing, calculates the β axis current according to the first differential value, calculates a second differential value of the α axis current at every intermediate timing, and calculates the β axis current according to the second differential value. The intermediate timing is set to have an unequal interval between two adjacent switch timings.

Abstract: A control device of a three phase AC motor includes: an inverter for driving the motor; a current sensor for sensing current flowing in a sensor phase of the motor; and a controller for switching multiple switching elements in the inverter to control the current of the motor. An electric angle is defined as θe based on one phase. A phase is defined as φ based on a dq axis. A phase angle of a current command vector is defined as (θe+φ+C). When the motor is stopped, the controller determines whether the current command vector is orthogonal to an axis of the sensor phase. When the current command vector is orthogonal to the axis of the sensor phase, the controller operates the phase or the electric angle to set the current command vector not to be orthogonal to the axis of the sensor phase.

Abstract: An electric motor driving system controls driving of an electric motor having windings of two or more phases each having open ends by using a pair of inverters. A control unit includes a first inverter control circuit that generates a first voltage instruction output to the first inverter based on a torque instruction and a second inverter control circuit that generates a second voltage instruction output to the second inverter based on the torque instruction. Abstract: A control apparatus includes an inverter for driving a three-phase AC motor when connected to a DC power source, a smoothing capacitor interposed between the DC power source and an input side of the inverter and connected in parallel to the DC power source, a current sensor for detecting a current of one phase of the motor, and a controller for controlling the motor through the inverter. The controller performs a discharge process to discharge the capacitor, when the DC power source is disconnected from the capacitor. The controller calculates a d-axis voltage command reference value based on d-axis and q-axis current command values. The controller sets a q-axis voltage command reference value to zero. The controller generates d-axis and q-axis voltage command values by correcting at least the d-axis voltage command reference value and outputs the d-axis and q-axis voltage command values to the inverter.

Abstract: A reference current phase sensing part of a sensor phase (W) calculates an α-axis current iα and a β-axis current iβ in a fixed coordinate system formed with respect to a sensor phase as a base.
