摘要: The present disclosure relates to a method for estimating a torque of an electric machine, comprising the following steps: estimating a first torque using a first method by forming a cross product from an estimated magnetic flux of the electric machine and an actual current of the electric machine, estimating a second torque using a second method by determining a power balance which can be calculated with the aid of a difference between an AC output power of an inverter, which is connected to the electric machine, and a total power loss of the electric machine, and determining the final torque as a weighted average from the first torque, which is weighted with a first weighting, and the second torque, which is weighted with a second weighting. The present disclosure also relates to a control unit for carrying out this method and to an electrical traction drive having such a control unit.

摘要: A motor drive system includes an electric motor, a drive circuit and a control unit. The drive circuit provides a driving current to the electric motor. A current command generator of the control unit generates a current command according to a torque command and a motor operating information. The driving current is converted into a d-axis current and/or a q-axis current by the control unit. Consequently, the driving current is close to the d-axis current command and/or the q-axis current command corresponding to the current command. If a value of the torque command is positive, the current command generator generates the corresponding current command according to a MTPA lookup table. If the value of the torque command is negative, the current command generator generates the corresponding current command according to a zero recycle lookup table.

摘要: An external force estimation device is configured to estimate an external force acting on a motor. The external force estimation device includes a processor. The processor is configured to: calculate an output torque of the motor by using a value of a current supplied to the motor; estimate an inertia torque of the motor by using rotational position information of the motor; estimate a first friction torque of the motor by using the rotational position information of the motor; perform temperature-based correction for the first friction torque by using temperature information of the motor; and estimate the external force by subtracting the inertia torque and the first friction torque after the temperature-based correction from the output torque.

摘要: There has been a drawback in that current command values need to be set for a current command unit of a power conversion device in accordance with efficiency, and thus the number of operation steps increases. In the power conversion device connected between a three-phase AC rotating machine and a DC power supply and configured to convert DC power into AC power, a DC voltage value, of the DC power supply, that is to be inputted to a current command unit of the power conversion device is corrected on the basis of an efficiency index, and a current command value to be outputted by the current command unit is changed on the basis of the corrected DC voltage value and a torque command value, whereby the efficiencies of the power conversion device and the three-phase AC rotating machine are controlled.

摘要: A motor control device at least includes a speed control part for controlling a motor rotation speed. The motor control device includes a torque correction means for suppressing variation in torque constant due to individual differences of motors. 摘要: A motor control unit includes a PWM count calculator, a PWM count setter, and a PWM count changer. The PWM count calculator calculates first PWM counts of phases.
