摘要： A smoke detector, on a base element with a flat installation surface, features a first light transmitter attached to the installation surface for emission of a first illumination light, a first light receiver attached next to the first light transmitter for receiving a first measurement light which results from a backscattering of the first illumination light at a measurement object located in a first detection area. The smoke detector further features a second light transmitter attached to the installation surface for emission of a second object illumination light, a second light receiver attached next to the second light transmitter for receiving a second measurement light which results from a backscattering of the second illumination light at a measurement object located in a second detection area, and a data processing device, which is used for joint evaluation of a first output signal of the first light receiver and of a second output signal of a second light receiver. In addition a method for the detection of smoke using the described smoke detector is specified.

摘要： An apparatus for continuous drying and shrinking of textile knitted or woven good incorporates at least one drying station that includes several oppositely disposed and oppositely hot-air nozzles which are offset relative to each other and directed into a through-channel defined thereby. At least upper and lower endless rotating, porous guide belts limit the channel above and below. An endless rotary web-tentering frame passing along the through-channel limited by the guide belts conveys a web of material to be treated through the at least one drying station, wherein a first vertical distance between the frame and a lower strand of the upper guide belt and a second vertical distance between an upper strand of the lower guide belt are defined such that, as the apparatus operates, within a predetermined effective range of a hot-air nozzle directed thereon, a web, in a locally limited area, secured in and conveyed by the webtenter frame, comes into contact with a portion of a corresponding guide belt, whereby the lower and/or upper guide belt moves at greater speed than that of the tenter frame. A supply mechanism for conveying the web to be treated to the tenter frame includes a device for securing the material with forward slip to the tenter frame.

摘要： In a light barrier, especially for outside application and long distances monitored, insensitivity to interfering light and scattering through fumes or fog and an increased range and sensitivity to objects passing through the light barrier are achieved by subdividing radiation from a source into two radiation branches which are offset relative to each other and differently polarized, e.g., by means of a polarization filter divided into two parts, with different linear or oppositely circular polarization of the filter part surfaces. By means of an analogously subdivided polarization filter, the radiation of each of the two radiation branches is focused on a different individual sensor element. The two sensor elements are connected in a differential circuit which triggers an alarm signal in response to signals arriving from both radiation branches in short succession but does not trigger an alarm signal if both sensor elements are equally irradiated.

摘要： The invention relates to a frame for the transport and storage of pipes of profile frame parts, of which the upper and lower profile frame parts are connectable with one another by rods which can be conducted through recesses of the profile frame parts and are swingably arranged with an end provided with a transverse piece in lateral transverse bores of a profile frame part. In order to improve the support of the pipes on the frame parts and to simplify and cheapen the manufacture, the frame parts are C-profiles with retracted base part, two C-profiles arranged in one another in opposite directions, the shanks of the outer C-profile extending beyond the base of the inner C-profile, or box profiles with side wall extensions. In particular, as middle frame parts there are used double C-profiles. In the free shanks or extensions of the profiles there are formed, as supports for the tube, divided-circular recesses, which, if need be, have a flange with inner reinforcing walls which faces inward or outward. Connecting rods join the upper and lower profiles; for this purpose recesses are provided on both ends in horizontal wall parts of the profiles.

摘要： A device for regulating the vacuum in milking installations has a main valve and an auxiliary valve. A main valve chamber is connected with the atmosphere and, through a valve seat to the vacuum line. A control chamber is closed off from the main valve chamber by a first membrane and from the atmosphere by a second membrane. Both membranes are joined to a movable support bearing the main valve body, which presents active surfaces of different size to the main valve chamber and to the atmosphere. The position of the main valve is dependent upon the pressure in the control chamber, which pressure is determined by the auxiliary valve which is disposed in the support. The auxiliary valve has two auxiliary chambers separated by an auxiliary membrane to which the auxiliary valve body is fastened. The first auxiliary chamber is connected to the vacuum line and the second auxiliary chamber is connected to the atmosphere. The position of the auxiliary valve is dependent upon the pressure difference in the auxiliary chambers and the force of an adjustable spring acting on the auxiliary valve body. The control chamber and first auxiliary chamber are connected to the vacuum line by a passage disposed centrally thereof.
