    摘要: A multi-stage process for preparing ethylene (co)polymers having broad molecular weight distributions is disclosed, said process comprising: (A) a first polymerization stage in which, in the presence of a Ti or V catalyst, a first ethylene polymer is prepared; (B) a treatment stage in which the catalyst used in the first stage is deactivated and in which a bridged bis-2-indenyl zirconocene is supported on the ethylene polymer produced in stage (A), optionally in the presence of a suitable cocatalyst; and (C) a second polymerization stage in which ethylene is polymerized in the presence of the product obtained from stage (B).     摘要: Disclosed are catalyst components for the polymerization of olefins which include magnesium halide in active form, and, supported thereon, a titanium halide or titanium halogen alcoholate and an electron-donor compound selected from the group diamines of formula ##STR1## wherein the radicals R.sub.1 to R.sub.10 are the same or different and are hydrogen or C.sub.1 -C.sub.18 hydrocarbon radicals, with the proviso that at least one of the R.sub.7 and R.sub.8 radicals and at least one of the R.sub.9 and R.sub.10 radicals are not hydrogen. Also, disclosed are catalysts obtained from the catalyst components and an Al-alkyl compound, as well as catalysts obtained by reaction of an Al-alkyl compound and a diamine of formula (I) with a solid catalyst component including a titanium halide or a titanium halogen alcoholate, and an electron-donor compound having particular characteristics of extractability with Al-triethyl, supported on magnesium halide in active form.

    摘要: A process for preparing porous olefin polymers comprising bringing into contact in a polymerization reactor, at a temperature T1, one or more olefins of the formula (I) CH2═CHR1, R1 being hydrogen, a C1–C20-alkyl or a C6–C12-aryl group, with a catalyst obtained by reacting a solid catalyst component in the form of spheroidal particles comprising a compound of Ti or V not containing metal-π bonds and a Mg halide, optionally containing one or more electron donor compounds, with an aluminum-alkyl (Al-alkyl) compound, then raising the temperature up to the polymerization temperature, said process being characterized in that: a) if the temperature T1 is lower than 40° C., the temperature is raised up to the polymerization temperature is such a way that, for a time of at least one minute after the introduction temperature in such a way that, for a time of at least one minute after the introduction of the catalyst system into the reactor, the temperature of the reaction T2 fulfills the following condition of formula (II) wherein m is the time expressed in minutes employed for reaching the temperature T2; or b) if temperature T1 is 40° C. or higher, the reactor is maintained for a time of at least one minute at a temperature of at least 40° C.

    摘要: Catalysts for polymerizing ethylene to high yields of polyethylene having a controlled particle size are disclosed. The catalysts are prepared from new catalyst-forming components which are the reaction products of solid halogenated titanium compounds, Grignard compounds and halogenating agents. Said components, on mixing with organometallic compounds of metals belonging to Groups I-III of the Mendelyeev Periodic Table result in the catalysts capable of polymerizing ethylene to polyethylene having a controlled particle size.
