    摘要： A limitation device which limits post-adjustment rotation of an adjustment screw (10) on single adjustment screw carburetors (20). In one embodiment, the limitation device uses a limiter cap (100, 200) removably attached to the adjustment screw (10) which works in conjunction with a limiter stop (300, 400) attached to the carburetor. In a second embodiment, the limitation device uses a limiter cap (700) removably attached to the adjustment screw (10) which works in conjunction with a plate (600) attached to the carburetor. In either embodiment, the limiter cap (100, 200, 700) presents a first and second rotational stop (110, 210) which cooperates with at least one rotational stop (304, 306, 404, 406, 606) on the limiter stop (300, 400) or plate (600). A special tool and method is also disclosed for installing and removing the device from the carburetor.

    摘要： The present invention provides a plasmid pSOFLysK contained in the bacterial strain Lactococcus lactis NZ9800 referred herein as Lactococcus lactis NZ9800-pSOFLysK (subsequently designated Lactococcus lactis DPC6132) encoding anti-staphylococcal activity as deposited with DSMZ under accession No. ncimb 41409 and plasmids substantially similar thereto also providing anti-staphylococcal activity. In another aspect, the present invention provides a gene encoding an anti-staphylococcal protein, Lysin (LysK) as encoded by the plasmid pSOFLysK in Lactococcus lactis/VZ9800-pSOFLysK (subsequently designated Lactococcus lactis DPC6132). The recombinant lysine also has applications in diagnostics given its lytic mechanism.

The inventive radiant heating or cooling panel, which is made up of a radiant heat transfer or cooling plate having a length, and an elongated C-shaped or side opening receptacle that extends along the length of the plate for receiving tubing, facilitates tubing installation, while minimizing the danger of tubing popping out or disengaging from the panel after installation. In a preferred embodiment, the inventive panel demonstrates greater radiant heat dissipation and cooling capacity and efficiency.
