Abstract: Provided is an inverter built-in brushless direct current (BLDC) motor, in which an inverter housing and a cover are coupled to each other by having a connector block interposed therebetween, a sealing portion formed in the connector block seals between a circumference in a height direction and a length direction of the connector block and an inner side surface of the inverter housing and the cover, and a space between an electric wire penetrating through an electric wire through hole and the connector block, thereby simplifying parts for forming a watertight structure, easily sealing between the inverter unit and the connector block and sealing between the connector block and the electric wire, and reducing a package size including a connector block assembling part formed in the inverter unit and the connector block.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is a stator assembly for a motor. The stator assembly comprises a stator core having a plurality of teeth around each of which a stator coil is wound, a first insulator coupled to one side of the stator core to provide insulation between one tooth and an adjacent tooth, a second insulator coupled to the other side of the stator core to provide insulation between one tooth and an adjacent tooth, and a three-phase terminal inserted between the stator core and the second insulator and protruded partially to the outside of the second insulator to be electrically connected to an inverter. According to the present invention, there are advantageous effects that since the three-phase terminal is assembled between insulators, breakaway and breakage of the three-phase terminal can be prevented and that insulation effect and assembly capability thereof are enhanced.

Abstract: Disclosed therein is a dual zone type air conditioner for a vehicle, which includes: an air volume control door mounted between a blower and an evaporator for controlling the degree of opening of first and second passageways so as to control the volume of air blown to the inside of an air-conditioning case; and bypass passageways disposed in the air volume control door to supply a predetermined air volume to a closed passageway even though the air volume control door is at the location to close the first passageway or the second passageway, thereby preventing a sudden change in air volume by widening a control interval of the air volume control door because the first-stage air volume can be realized even though the air volume control door closes one of the air passageways, and reducing a whistle noise by securing a predetermined cross-sectional area of the air passageway through the bypass passageways even though the cross-sectional area of the air passageway gets narrower while the air volume control door closes one of the air passageways.

Abstract: The present invention relates to an air conditioner for a vehicle, which can send air-conditioned air toward a rear seat of the vehicle in order to perform air-conditioning of a front seat of the vehicle and air-conditioning of a rear seat. The air conditioner includes an air passageway formed in an air-conditioning case, wherein the air passageway includes: a rear seat cold air passageway which is a passageway that the air passed through the heat exchanger for cooling bypasses the heat exchanger for heating and flows toward a rear seat of the vehicle; and a warm air passageway which is a passageway that the air passed through the heat exchanger for cooling passes through the heat exchanger for heating and flows toward a front seat or the rear seat of the vehicle. The air conditioner includes a rear seat temperature adjusting door for controlling an amount of air flowing from the warm air passageway to the rear seat air outlet and an amount of air flowing from the rear seat cold air passageway to the rear seat air outlet.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is an air conditioner for a vehicle, which can perform a bleeding function to discharge air to a rear seat floor vent in a rear seat vent mode, and optimize the size of an outlet and the shape of doors to adjust a bleeding amount of a rear seat floor. The air conditioner for a vehicle, which includes an air-conditioning case having an air passageway formed therein, and a heat exchanger for cooling and a heat exchanger for heating which are disposed in the air passageway of the air-conditioning case to exchange heat with air passing the air passageway, includes: a front seat temp door for adjusting the degree of opening between a front seat cold air passageway and a part of a warm air passageway; a first rear seat temp door arranged between the heat exchanger for cooling and the heat exchanger for heating to adjust the degree of opening of another part of the warm air passageway; and a rear seat mode door for adjusting the degree of opening of a rear seat air outlet, wherein the rear seat mode door has a rear seat closing function to close an air flow to a rear seat air outlet, and has a bypass part to bleed some of air.

Abstract: An air conditioner for a vehicle which can reduce ventilation resistance and secure a sufficient cross-sectional area of an air outlet to prevent deterioration in air volume. The air conditioner includes: an air-conditioning case having an air passageway formed therein and a plurality of air outlets formed at an exit thereof, and at least one heat exchanger disposed in the air passageway of the air-conditioning case to exchange heat with air passing through the air passageway, wherein the air outlet includes a center vent for discharging air-conditioned wind toward the center of a vehicle width and a side vent for discharging the air-conditioned wind toward the side of the vehicle width, and one between the center vent and the side vent is arranged in an upper side of the air-conditioning case, and the other is arranged in one side of the air-conditioning case in a back-and-forth direction of the vehicle.
