    摘要: A multiaxial force/torque sensor assembly and method for assembling such a sensor assembly are disclosed. The sensor assembly includes a set of at least two sensors each being made of strain gauges, which are each arranged at a definite angle and distance relative to each other and which are each fixed to a transducer body, which is mechanical contact with a printed circuit board. The printed circuit board includes clearances for each strain gauge as well as associated electronic components and wiring located on the remaining area of the printed circuit board which will monitor compressive and tensile stresses in the measurement directions of the sensors. The method includes positioning the strain gauges on the plane measurement surface of a transducer body in a definite arrangement; fixing the strain gauges to the transducer body by means of adhesives, and connecting the strain gauges to respective conductors by means of electrically bonding.

    摘要: Multi-ply laminate composite components of non-planar shape can be formed with apertures defined therein, instead of cutting the apertures after forming the multi-ply laminate composite component. This is achieved by cutting apertures in the individual plies before the plies are assembled and consolidated, with the aperture or apertures in each ply, or in each set of plies, positioned to accommodate the local distance differential between adjacent plies, or sets of plies, so that the resulting component aperture or apertures will achieve a desired alignment. Removable pins can be used to maintain the plies in alignment during the consolidation process, and fittings such as annular collars can be secured in the component apertures during consolidation.

    摘要: A method is provided for producing windings for a dry-type transformer with in each case one winding for the low voltage (LV winding) and one for the high voltage (HV winding). The LV and HV windings are each electrically insulated from one another and have layers which are electrically insulated from one another by virtue of, initially, the winding for the low voltage being produced from electrically conductive wire or tape material and an insulating layer including resin-impregnated fibre material. Prior to the application of the HV winding, the maximum insulating thickness for the layer insulation and the number of fibre rovings corresponding to this insulating thickness can be determined, and each winding layer and the associated insulating layer can be produced simultaneously with a physical offset with respect to one another. To produce the winding, fibre polymer layers can be applied, as layers of insulation, simultaneously with the winding conductor between the individual winding layers of the winding, and the finished winding is subjected to a curing operation.
