    摘要: An opening and closing device opens and closes a sliding door by using a cable connected to the sliding door movably attached to a vehicle body. The opening and closing device has a base bracket, a motor, a transmission, a rotary drum, a first conduit fixed portion, a second conduit fixed portion, a first tension controller and a second tension controller. The base bracket is fixed to the vehicle body with bolts. The motor, the transmission, the rotary drum, the first and second conduit fixed portions and the first and second tension controllers are fixed to a disposition face of the base bracket. The first and second tension controllers are respectively disposed between the rotary drum and the first conduit fixed portion and between the rotary drum and the second conduit fixed portion, and applies tension to the cable fed from the rotary drum to take up the slack.

    摘要: A tensioning device for a cable inserted through a flexible tube, in which the flexible tube is fixed at one end to a stationary member, and the cable is connected to a movable member relative to the stationary member. The tensioning device includes a socket fixed to the stationary member, a plug provided on the other end of the flexible tube, a resilient member and locking means. The socket has a space therein. In the space, the plug supports the flexible tube so as to be movable in an axial direction of the cable, and the resilient member presses the plug toward the end of the space of the socket. The locking means fastens the plug in a position where the resilient member is compressed.

    摘要: A reel drum is rotatably supported on a board, and a tensioner case is detachably mounted to the board in the vicinity of the reel drum. Wires are extended from the reel drum in directions opposite to each other. A pair of tension rollers pressed onto the respective wires and roller holders rotatably supporting the respective tension rollers are attached to the tensioner case to be allowed to move in directions substantially orthogonal to the respective wires when the wires are tensioned. Moreover, the tensioner case is provided with biasing means to bias the roller holders in directions that the tension rollers are pressed onto the respective wires. The biasing means is a torsion spring. A contact portion of each roller holder which a wire end extended portion of the torsion spring is in contact with has an angle shape with a ridge aligned in a direction orthogonal to the wire end extended portion of the torsion spring.

    摘要: A biasing structure for biasing a locking pawl-equipped operation rod in a given direction is described. A slit is formed in a rear end of the operation rod. A spring retainer is integrally provided by a bracket through which the operation rod is rotatably connected to a movable rail. The spring retainer includes a rearwardly projected portion whose one surface faces toward a rear end portion of the operation rod and a recess which is formed in a base part of the projected portion and faces toward the rear end portion of the operation rod. A coil spring includes a multi-turned major portion, a front straight portion tangentially extending from a front end of the major portion and a rear straight portion extending radially inward from a rear end of the major portion. Upon assembly of the coil spring, the major portion thereof is disposed on the rear end portion of the operation rod with the front straight portion put in the recess and with the rear straight portion put in the slit while being twisted about its axis against a biasing force produced by the spring. The surface of the rearwardly projected portion is sized and arranged to support the front straight portion of the coil spring when the coil spring is about to be properly assembled.

In order to increase a mechanical strength of a given part of lower flanges of the movable rail where locking openings for the locking mechanism are formed, the given part is integrally formed at an upper end thereof with a raised portion, or the lower flanges of the movable rail are formed at mutually mating portions with depressed portions. When the movable rail and the fixed rail are subjected to a mutually pulled apart movement upon a vehicle collision of the like, the raised portion or the depression portions are brought into abutment with an inner surface of the fixed rail to suppress or at least minimize deformation of the rail unit.

    摘要: In a process for polymerizing ethylene in a two-zone autoclave reactor comprising a top reaction zone and a bottom reaction zone which process comprises polymerizing ethylene in said top reaction zone at 130.degree. to 200.degree. C and at a reaction pressure of 1,000 to 1,800 kg/cm.sup.2 using an initiator, sending the resulting reaction mixture from the top reaction zone to the bottom reaction zone, and further promoting the polymerization at 220.degree. to 280.degree. C using an initiator which is same as or different from the initiator in the top reaction zone, the improvement which comprises feeding 75% or more of the ethylene to the top reaction zone of the two-zone reactor, said two-zone reactor being constructed so that the volume ratio of top reaction zone to bottom reaction zone is 1.5 to 6 and being provided with two or more feed inlets for each of the ethylene and the initiator in the top reaction zone in the direction extending through the two reaction zones.

The armature is fitted on the shaft in order to rotate and move in an axial direction and is magnetically attracted to the rotor when the electromagnetic coil is energized. Drum side locking portions are provided inside of the output drum such that armature side locking portions provided on an outer circumferential portion of the armature can move in an axial direction of the shaft relative thereto and can be brought into engagement therewith in a rotational direction to transmit the rotation of the armature to the output drum.
