摘要： Variable-length encoder 16 feeds a CBP as an input symbol H1 to variable-length code output part 30. Coded symbol memory 31 supplies CBPs in neighboring blocks as coding map table reference information H2 to coding map table provider 32. Coding map table provider 32 determines a coding map table used in coding of the CBP, based on these CBPs in the neighboring blocks, and provides a coding map table H4 to variable-length code output part 30. Variable-length coding table provider 33 feeds a variable-length coding table H5 to variable-length code output part 30. Then the coding target CBP is subjected to variable-length coding, and the resultant is outputted as coded data D9. This allows information source coding of coding symbols to be performed efficiently according to the coding condition and the property of image.

摘要： A probe is made to contact an electrode terminal in an electric circuit or an electronic part for an electric measurement of the electric circuit or the electronic part. The probe includes a terminal portion which is brought in contact with the electrode terminal at one end of the probe, a spring portion in which U-shaped unit portions are arrayed in a zigzag formation, and a housing portion which surrounds the spring portion. The probe is formed of a sheet of a sheet-metal plate which is bent multiple times, the sheet-metal plate having a predetermined configuration in which a portion corresponding to the terminal portion, a portion corresponding to the spring portion, and a portion corresponding to the housing portion are continuously linked together.

摘要： An input image signal 101 is divided into MC block units and, when coding processing is performed in these divided units, a motion compensation section 107 generates a motion-compensated prediction image 106a by detecting movement amounts in predetermined MC block units, a smoothing filter section 124 performs, with respect to the prediction image 106a, smoothing of pixels located at the boundaries of adjoining MC blocks on the basis of predetermined evaluation criteria, and a prediction residual signal 108, which is obtained from the difference between the prediction image 106b obtained by the smoothing, and the input image (input image signal 101), is encoded. Accordingly, it is possible to use relatively straightforward computation to perform processing, with respect to a prediction frame image generated by block-unit motion-compensated interframe prediction (MC), to adaptively smooth a discontinuous waveform generated between MC blocks of the prediction frame image, whereby the efficiency of low bit rate coding that employs interframe MC is improved.

The connector module includes a printed circuit board, plural substrate side connectors that are mounted on the front surface of the printed circuit board and arranged into plural rows with differing heights, and a mounting connector that is mounted on the rear surface of the printed circuit board. At least one of the substrate side connectors is connected to the cable side connector. The mounting connector is engaged with and connected to a motherboard side connector that is mounted on the motherboard. The printed circuit board includes a pattern that is configured to realize electrical connection between the substrate side connectors and the mounting connector.

摘要： A disclosed coaxial connector can be surface-mounted on a circuit board without degradation in signal transmission characteristics. The coaxial connector includes a center conductor, a surrounding conductor by which the center conductor is surrounded, and an insulating housing. The center conductor has a leg portion at its base end. The surrounding conductor has six lugs at its base end that extend radially. The leg portion and the lugs are exposed on a bottom surface of the housing. The coaxial connector is mounted on the circuit board with the leg portion pressed against a signal pad on the circuit board for electrical connection and the lugs pressed against a ground pad for electrical connection.

When it is detected that the number of transmission channels has been changed from “x” to “y”, the second data transmission apparatus acquires the SS and SPF associated with the number of transmission channels “y” from the SS/SPF table, generates multilink frames based on the acquired SS and SPF, and transmits them to the first data transmission apparatus.
