    摘要: A tube joint for a fuel tank includes a joint body having a tubular shape, and a barrier layer covering the inner surface of the joint body. The joint body is formed of a material which is weldable to a tank body, and the barrier layer is formed of a material which has fuel impermeability and a predetermined hardness. The barrier layer has an extension portion extending from a distal end of the joint body along an axial direction of the joint body. The extension portion includes a projecting portion which protrudes radially and outwardly of the extension portion at or adjacent to a proximal end of the extension portion such that a seal groove is formed between the projecting portion and the joint body, and a nail portion which protrudes radially and outwardly of the extension portion at or adjacent to a distal end of the extension portion.

    摘要: An acceleration sensor comprises a fixed case member and a cover assembly collectively defining a closed space in which the oscillation plate and the piezoelectric element received therein. The oscillation plate and the piezoelectric element are oscillatably supported by a supporting portion formed on the central bottom portion of the fixed case member. The oscillation plate and the piezoelectric element are integrally oscillatable in two different modes consisting of: a 1/1 oscillation mode where the oscillation plate is irregularly deformed to have the peripheral portion oscillated with a single vector in the oscillation direction of the oscillation plate when the oscillation plate is oscillated with respect to the fixed case member at a resonance frequency f0; and a 1/2 oscillation mode where the oscillation plate is irregularly deformed to have two different half parts of the peripheral portion oscillated with their respective different vectors opposite to each other in the oscillation direction of the oscillation plate when the oscillation plate is oscillated with respect to the fixed case member at a noise frequency f01, and the resonance frequency f0 and the noise frequency f01 are out of the range of effective oscillation frequencies. Thus constructed acceleration sensor is of high performance and appropriate for automatic production at a low cost.

This structure provides an image forming apparatus and an image forming system in which no deterioration in detection accuracy occurs even if an unstable toner state occurs due to a long printing rest time.

    摘要: An ink ribbon cassette is constructed such that it is unnecessary to wind off an ink ribbon at the start of every line printing process. The cassette includes two pairs of reels, each pair including an ink ribbon-winding off reel and an ink ribbon-winding up reel. The pairs of rails are rotatably mounted one above the other on a cassette casing which is detachably mounted on a carriage of a printer. The casing is provided with a driving shaft which is rotated in normal and reverse directions in response to reciprocal movement of the carriage. The driving shaft being provided with two one-way clutches transmitting the rotation of the shaft in opposite directions. Conveying members separately convey the ink ribbons for the respective pairs of reels and are driven by respective to the one-way clutches.
