摘要: An air conditioner comprises a water distributor having an opening on its bottom plate, dams around the opening and inverted U-shaped members with a small space formed between the inverted U-shaped plates and the dams so that water in the distributor is guided by a capillary action and distributed to an indoor heat exchanger. A reservoir is disposed to a pipe system between a pump and the indoor heat exchanger so that drain water in the outdoor drain pan is directed to the indoor heat exchanger through the reservoir. The reservoir has a tube which permits excessive water to spill over an opening of the tube to return to the outdoor drain pan through a returning conduit pipe.

摘要: A temperature drop is be prevented when a plurality of substrates are processed one after another so as to improve a uniformity of process quality between the substrate. An offset temperature value is obtained which is a difference between a temperature of a processing atmosphere at a time immediately before a first one of the substrates is carried into a reaction container and a temperature of the processing atmosphere at a time the temperature has become constant after the substrate are subjected to a heat treatment process one after another. An electric power is supplied to a heater so as to obtain a time period necessary for raising the temperature of a processing atmosphere to a temperature higher than a setting temperature for the heat treatment process by the offset temperature value. The electric power is supplied to the heater for only the obtained time period when the first one of the substrates is carried into the reaction container, and, thereafter, performing an electric power control of the heater based on a temperature detection value of a temperature detecting part provided outside the reaction container.

摘要: A method for controlling temperature in thermal processing equipment having a processing chamber containing members to be processed. The method comprises the steps of heating a plurality of zones of the processing chamber by heaters provided in the zones, respectively, measuring periods of time which elapse until temperatures in the zones increase from a predetermined value to at least one reference value, obtaining time differences among the periods measured, and storing the time differences into a memory, and adjusting timings of heating the zones by the heater, thereby to reduce the time differences.

摘要: A weft inserting device using a profiled reed for an air jet loom is equipped with a plurality of reed pieces each having a C-shaped guide notch. The line of guide notches forms a weft passage where weft injected from a main nozzle flies. Each guide notch has a upper wall parallel to the floor surface on which the device is placed, a deep wall perpendicular to this surface, a lower wall which gradually becomes wider toward an opening, an upper connecting portion which connects the upper wall to the deep wall, and a lower connecting portion which connects the deep wall to the lower wall. The radius of curvature of the upper connecting portion is set equal to or smaller than 1 mm, and the radius of curvature of the lower connecting portion is set greater than the radius of curvature of the upper connecting portion.
