    摘要: An instruction sequence optimization apparatus optimizes programs used in an information processing system that includes a program memory for storing programs, and a processing unit for fetching the programs from the program memory via an instruction bus. The apparatus includes an instruction sequence analyzing unit for analyzing mutual dependence relations between respective instructions constituting the program, and an instruction sequence modifying unit for modifying sequences of the instructions insofar as the mutual dependence relations analyzed by the instruction sequence analyzing unit are not influenced, to thus reduce Hamming distances between bit sequences appearing on the instruction bus when the instructions are transferred from the program memory to the processing unit.

The element has a first face and a second face opposite to the first face, and emits light from the first face. The protection part is placed facing the second face of the element, and constitutes a housing in combination with the substrate and accommodates the element so as to protect the element from water. The structure part is interposed between the first face of the element and the substrate, and suppresses reflection of light emitted from the element on at least one of the first face of the element and the primary surface of the substrate.

    摘要: An organic EL device in the present invention comprises a light-transmissive substrate 1, an organic light emitting layer 2, a light-transmissive electrode 3 disposed between the light-transmissive substrate 1 and the organic light emitting layer 2, and a light guiding layer 4 which is disposed between the substrate 1 and the light-transmissive electrode 3. The light guiding layer 4 is configured to alter light direction. The organic EL device is configured to emit light from the organic light emitting layer 2, and allow the light to propagate out through said light guiding layer 4, the light-transmissive electrode 3, and the light-transmissive substrate 1. The light guiding layer 4 includes a light dispersion layer 5. The light dispersion layer 5 is formed with a light dispersion region 8 and a light-transmissive region 9, which are arranged in a coplanar relation within said light dispersion layer 5. The light dispersion region 8 contains light dispersion particles 6 and a binder resin 7. The light-transmissive region 9 contains the light dispersion particles 6 at a lower ratio than the light dispersion region 8. The organic EL device in the present invention enables to improve an overall light output by suppressing the reduction of light output in the front direction as well as increasing light output in diagonal directions.

    摘要: The present invention relates to an organic light emitting element comprising: a first light emitting unit comprising a light emitting layer between a pair of electrodes; and a second light emitting unit comprising a light emitting layer between a pair of electrodes. In the organic light emitting element, one electrode of the two pairs of electrodes which is positioned on the outermost side has light reflective properties, and the other electrodes have light transmission properties, while a light-transmitting insulating layer is provided between the first and second light emitting units. The insulating layer is formed in a thickness to prevent light emitted by the light emitting layer of the light emitting unit without the light reflective electrode from interfering with other lights, or formed to have properties of scattering the emitted light. Thus, the interference between the lights emitted by the light emitting layers and the other lights is reduced, so that in the organic light emitting element, the angular dependence of light emission spectrum is small, making it possible to adjust color.

Since the light scattering layer (2) contains two kinds of fillers (5, 6), disorder occurs in critical angle when light exits from the light scattering layer (2) to the transparent substrate (1), incidence rate of light into the transparent substrate (1) rises, and efficiency to takeout the light to outside increases.
