摘要: The occurrence of splash of a sample or a reagent from a nozzle tip is prevented during shifting of a dispensing mechanism. An automatic analyzer includes a nozzle for sucking liquid to be dispensed; a pump for allowing suction of the liquid into the nozzle and generating pressure variations; a pipe line connecting the nozzle with the pump; and a shifting mechanism for shifting the nozzle in horizontal and vertical directions. In the automatic analyzer, the pipe line is at least partially composed of a flexible tube. The flexible tube has an upward or downward convex bending portion in the middle thereof. The convex bending portion changes in position and shifts along with the shifting mechanism at a nozzle side. If the nozzle is shifted horizontally, a value obtained by subtracting a vertical distance between the top of a convex portion of the flexible tube and the uppermost portion of the nozzle from a vertical distance between the tip portion of the nozzle and the uppermost portion of the nozzle is a value ranging from −30 mm to 130 mm.

摘要: There is provided a high-accuracy automatic analysis device achieving both of measurement in a wide concentration range and high sensitivity at a low concentration. The signals of a plurality of wavelengths λ1 to λ12 where the sensitivity of light absorption caused by fine particles is high from a light source 40 are converted to absorbances by a spectroscopic optical system (detector) 41. The absorbances are converted to a secondary parameter from in which a noise component is cancelled by using a previously-defined conversion table 54, so that a concentration of a measured material (predetermined component) is calculated by an operation unit (calculating means) 53 based on the secondary parameter. Thus, analysis being resistant to the noise even at the low concentration can be achieved in a range up to a high concentration.

摘要: A communication unit (12) of a service center (10) transmits and receives information such as analysis information to and from a plurality of automatically analyzing apparatuses (100). A database (16) stores the information such as the analysis information. An analysis information parsing unit (14) evaluates and parses results of analyses made by the automatically analyzing apparatuses using the analysis information stored in the database. The reagent parameter registration unit (18) registers information on reagents in the database (16). The communication unit (12), responsive to a request from an automatically analyzing apparatus, retrieves information on analysis parameters related to managed reagents from the database for transfer to the automatically analyzing apparatus. In this way, analysis parameters can be readily set for a testing item to be analyzed using a reagent.

摘要: In an autoanalyzer for analyzing a specimen such as urine and blood, protecting a measurement value of analysis from influence of a dispensing nozzle repeatedly used. For this purpose, a phosphonic acid derivative or a phosphoric acid derivative is chemically adsorbed on the surface of the dispensing nozzle. In this manner, a molecular layer for suppressing adsorption of biopolymers or adhesion of a specimen per se is formed on the nozzle surface to prevent accuracy of analysis from being influenced.
