摘要: The present invention is to provide a processing method for manufacturing a highly flat and highly smooth glass substrate with good productivity. A highly flat and highly smooth glass substrate is obtained with good productivity by processing of a glass substrate, which comprises a step of measuring the surface shape of the glass substrate prior to processing, a step of processing the surface of the substrate by changing a processing condition for each site (first processing step), and a step of finish-polishing the surface of the glass substrate that has been subjected to the first processing step (second processing step). At that time, the processing condition for each site within the surface of the substrate in the first processing step is determined from a processing amount that is determined from the concave-convex shape of the surface of the glass substrate prior to processing and the in-plane distribution of a processing amount by the second processing step separately measured by using a similar substrate.

摘要: A test method that provides data useful in predicting the probability of onset of acute graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) is described along with a kit for performing the method, and a pharmaceutical preparation and a molecular targeted therapy for treating or preventing GVHD. The test method includes measuring the blood DNAM-1 concentration of a patient of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation from bone marrow or the like over a period after the transplantation to provide data concerning the transition of the concentration to an abnormally high level deviating from the normal range, whereby the probability of the development of acute graft-versus-host disease is predicted, the risk of the development is estimated, or therapeutic effects after the development are evaluated. Concerning the molecular targeted therapy and pharmaceutical preparation used therefor wherein blood DNAM-1 of a GVHD patient or a graft recipient that is a possible patient is used as a target molecule, GVHD is treated or prevented by administering an anti-DNAM-1 antibody that is a neutralizing antibody.

摘要: A vibration isolator (10) enabling simplification of a passage structure for connecting a negative pressure chamber in which a membrane is used as a partition wall and a valve chamber of a valve mechanism for opening and closing a second restriction passage to an operating pressure supply source, and simplification of connection of the negative pressure chamber and the valve chamber of the valve mechanism to the operating pressure supply source. The inner passage (63) of a communication tube (62) on the inner peripheral side of an outer cylinder member (20) communicates the negative pressure chamber (60) with the valve chamber (102). A pipe connection part (106) and a supply/discharge pipe (110) communicate the valve chamber (102) with the supply/discharge port (114) of a switching valve (112) on the outside of the vibration isolator (10). The switching valve (112) selectively communicates the supply/discharge port (114) to either an intake manifold (130) as the negative pressure supply source, or an atmosphere space. The negative pressure chamber (60) communicates with the valve chamber (102) through the communication tube (62) on the inner peripheral side of the outer cylinder member (20). Thus, either of a negative pressure and an atmospheric pressure, which is same as a pressure in the valve chamber (102), can be supplied into the negative pressure chamber (60), by supplying either of the negative pressure and the atmospheric pressure into the valve chamber (102) through the supply/discharge pipe (110) and the pipe connection part (106).

摘要: A vibration isolator capable of efficiently increasing damping against inputted vibration provided by a fluid flowing in a restrict passage and also suppressing the rise of a dynamic spring constant when vibration is inputted therein. In the vibration isolator 10, a pair of pressure receiving fluid chambers 46 and 48 are disposed, between an outer cylinder 12 and a mounting member 20, at one end side and at the other end side along a main amplitude direction. Since a rubber elastic body 22 changes the internal volumes of the pair of pressure receiving fluid chambers 46 and 48 in directions opposite to each other, and fluid flows from the pressure receiving fluid chambers 46 and 48 to an auxiliary fluid chamber 30 through one of orifices 62 and 64 and flows from the auxiliary fluid chamber 30 to the pressure receiving fluid chambers 46 and 48 through the other of the orifices 62 and 64. As a result, since a fluid pressure in the auxiliary fluid chamber 30 is kept approximately constant, the fluid in the pair of pressure receiving fluid chambers 46 and 48 smoothly flows, with a low resistance, into the auxiliary fluid chamber 30 through the orifices 62 and 64. Therefore, any rise of the fluid pressure in the pressure receiving fluid chambers 46 and 48 may be suppressed and, accordingly, the rise of the dynamic spring constant may be suppressed.
