摘要: A composition for forming a protective coating on an electronic device that is in the form of a non-Newtonian fluid that exhibits both viscous and elastic properties, and that forms at least one coating that is hydrophobic, oleophobic, or oleophilic is disclosed. The viscous and elastic properties associated with the non-Newtonian fluid allows the composition to redistribute after being applied as a coating an electronic device. Methods for protecting an electronic device from liquid contaminants by applying the disclosed composition and electronic devices comprising the composition are also disclosed. An electronic device, such as a printed circuit board, having a film made of the composition is also disclosed.

摘要: A coating liquid for preparing a needle-shaped cylinder liner, comprising the following components: 0.05-0.4 parts of an anionic surfactant; 0.05-0.5 parts of tannic acid; 0.15-0.7 parts of caustic soda; 22-38 parts of diatomite; 3-10 parts of montmorillonite; and 62-75 parts of water. A method for preparing a needle-shaped cylinder liner comprises spraying a coating liquid for preparing the needle-shaped cylinder liner onto the inner wall of a hollow cylindrical mould, and drying the coating liquid to obtain a mould with a coating attached to the surface of the inner wall; adding an inoculated iron liquid into the rotary mould, and cooling and demoulding to obtain a cylinder liner blank; and subjecting the blank to outer surface cleaning and forming machining to obtain the needle-shaped cylinder liner.

摘要: A simple spray coating process can be utilized to create epoxy/HNT nanocomposites with vertically aligned nanotubes. Important mechanical properties such as modulus and hardness values can be optimized and enhanced by controlling the level of nanotube dispersion during processing and the final orientation of the nanotubes. Thus, a technologically relevant processing scheme can be used to fabricate HNT nanocomposites with a high level of control over nanotube alignment and the resulting mechanical properties.

摘要: This disclosure provides a pigmented primer composition for forming an n-acyl urea coating on a substrate. The pigmented primer composition includes a polycarbodiimide-polyurethane hybrid. The pigmented primer composition also includes an acid functional polymer and an organic solvent, and includes less than or equal to 10 weight percent of water based on a total weight of the pigmented primer composition. The pigmented primer composition also includes a pigment, an inorganic filler, and less than about 100 parts by weight of toluene diisocyanate per one million parts by weight of the pigmented primer composition. The n-acyl urea coating exhibits corrosion resistance of 2 to 10 as determined using ASTM B117 and ASTM D-1654-08 on a substrate that is unpolished cold rolled steel, aluminum, or galvanized steel.
