    摘要: An electric motor for controlling the tilt of a throttle valve is disclosed. A rotatable field magnet having at least two pairs of N and S poles is mounted on a rotary shaft carrying the throttle valve for rotation relative to a disk-shaped stator yoke having at least one armature coil formed therearound. The coil includes a first toroidal windings of conductor effective for the development of torque wound in one direction and a second toroidal windings of conductor similarly effective for the development of torque wound in the other direction and disposed away from said first toroidal windings of conductor circumferentially of the stator yoke at an angular interval which is equal to about 2n-1 times the pole-to-pole interval of said magnet, said first and second windings being electrically connected to each other. The first and second windings of conductor are phase shifted in spaced-apart relation to each other. Further, a spring is provided which act to urge the rotatable shaft in the direction which will cause the throttle valve to tilt to its "closed" position.

    摘要: An actuator for controlling the pressure in an internal space defined by a spring-biased diaphragm and a housing by solenoid valve. The internal space is selectively communicated with a negative pressure port or an atmospheric pressure port through a first solenoid valve. The pressure in the internal space is determined by the ratio of a time period in which it is communicated with the negative pressure port to a time period in which it is communicated with the atmospheric pressure port, and the position of the diaphragm is determined accordingly. Another solenoid valve for releasing negative pressure is included for safety. To the housing fixed are a microcomputer for receiving status signals from a vehicle speed sensor, clutch ON/OFF sensor, brake ON/OFF sensor, etc. to generate a solenoid valve opening and closing signal, and a printed board incorporating an electrical driver adapted to energize the solenoid valve in response to said signal. A fluid flowing passage communicating one of the atmospheric pressure port and the negative pressure port with the internal space port is formed between the bottom wall of a housing base and the printed board. Air flowing into and out of the internal space through the fluid flowing passage serves to bring away the heat from the printed board.

    摘要: The pressure modulating valve assembly includes a solenoid coil, a yoke having curved support surfaces extending from one end of the coil to the other, and a resilient non-magnetic valve support having at least one valve secured thereto and a pair of attaching legs secured to the yoke in overlying relation relative to the curved support surfaces. An armature of magnetic material is secured to the valve support at a central portion thereof spaced from the point of attachment of the valve support to the yoke. A spring normally biases the armature in a direction away from the solenoid coil so that upon energization of the coil the solenoid support and the armature secured thereto are subjected to a rolling motion along the curved surfaces of the yoke to provide a friction free connection between the yoke and the combined armature and valve support.

    摘要: A signal generator is provided which produces a signal indicative of a throttle position of an engine on a vehicle. A plurality of split electrodes are formed on a printed electrical circuit substrate, and are connected with respective output leads. A less than 360.degree. rotating shaft which is connected with a rotatable shaft of a throttle valve has secured thereto an electrically conductive slider having a plurality of radially extending legs which fixedly carry contact members disposed for contact with the plurality of split electrodes. Each contact member corresponds to only one split electrode. A lead which is connected to one of the split electrodes assumes a ground potential or a constant positive potential. Consequently, the potential of the slider is maintained at such ground or constant positive potential, while the remaining split electrodes assume the ground or the constant positive potential only when they are engaged by contact members on the slider. In this manner, the output is in the form of a bi-level signal, and the combination of outputs from the plurality of leads constitute together a code. The pattern of the plurality of split electrodes which provides a coded output is configured such that a change in the potential occurs only in one bit of the code for each rotation of the rotating shaft through a given angle. Thus, a Gray code is formed for the angle of rotation of the rotating shaft.

    摘要: Anti-skid brake control system in which the slip ratio of a wheel is calculated from a simulative vehicle speed which is obtained by simulatively detecting the vehicle speed and speed of a wheel to be controlled. Logic circuitry discriminates whether or not the slip ratio is within a predetermined slip range of 20-60% producing large adhesive coefficients. Hydraulic brake pressure is reduced in response to decleration of the wheel and is increased in response to acceleration of the wheel when the slip ratio of the wheel is within the predetermined slip range.

The dynamic damper including, a housing having a rolling surface on its inner surface is formed in a rotary member, and a rolling member held in the housing in a manner to be rolled on the rolling surface by torque pulse exerted on the rotary member. In the dynamic damper, a curvature of the rolling surface is entirely constant, and a radius of the rolling member is smaller than that of the rolling surface. A weighted center of the rolling member is offset from a geometric center thereof. The rolling member is guided by a guiding mechanism to roll on the rolling surface.
