摘要： A reagent feeder which can to be used in both a finger-push system and a slide system by only attaching and detaching a simple auxiliary component to and from a case body depending on the state of operation or a preference of the operator. The feeder includes a case body, a sphere discharge port and a discharge device, so as to discharge a sphere one by one by pushing down the discharge device. The discharge device is provided with an operation lever which extends out of the case body and can be pushed down by a finger. A slide cover surrounding an outer periphery of the case body is attached to the case body in such a way that it can be moved freely in a vertical direction and can be detached from the case body. The slide cover is engaged with the operation lever of the discharge device so that it can be moved integrally with the discharge device.

摘要： Compounds of the formula ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1 is hydrogen or a (C.sub.1 -C.sub.4) alkyl group, X is a straight or branched chain C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkylene group and R.sub.2 is a carboxyl group or a sulfo group; and the pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof exhibit strong inhibitory activities against a wide variety of Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria including Psendomonas aeruginosa, indolepositive Proteus and Enterobacter aerogenes, and also have an increased and prolonged serum level in a living body. The compounds are therefore useful as antibacterial agents for the treatment of infectious diseases caused by Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria.

摘要： A double-sided needle assembly includes an insert needle for inserting into a vessel; an afflux needle for supplying pharmaceutical liquid in an injector to the insert needle; and a luer member. The member connects the insert needle with the afflux needle through a space defined between the ends of the needles in the member, and holds the insert and afflux needles to fit to the syringe of the injector under pressure.
