A power transmission cable includes a conductor, an inner semiconductive layer around the conductor, an electrically insulating layer around the inner semiconductive layer, an outer semiconductive layer around the electrically insulating layer, a shielding layer around the outer semiconductive layer, a binder tape layer around the shielding layer, and a sheath layer around the binder tape layer. The power transmission cable having an outer diameter of not smaller than 30 mm and not greater than 60 mm. The sheath layer having a thickness of not smaller than 2 mm and not greater than 4 mm, and is made of a non-halogen flame-retardant resin composition including a total of not lower than 100 parts and not higher than 180 parts of metal hydrate and silica per 100 parts of a base polymer, by mass, including an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer with a vinyl acetate content of not lower than 50 wt. %.

An electric wire includes a conductor having a cross-sectional area of not less than 135 mm2 and not more than 165 mm2, an insulation provided so as to cover the outer periphery of the conductor, and a wire sheath provided so as to cover the outer periphery of the insulation. The amount of deflection is not less than 250 mm when, at 23° C., one end of the electric wire is fixed to a fixture table so that another end horizontally protrudes 400 mm from the fixture table and a weight of 2 kg is attached to the other end, and cracks and breaks do not occur when wound with a bending diameter of three times the diameter at −40° C.

A quality control method for a diisononyl phthalate includes a measuring step of irradiating the diisononyl phthalate with a laser to measure a Raman spectrum; and an acceptance or rejection decision step of determining an acceptance or a rejection of a quality of the diisononyl phthalate on the basis of a high and low intensity relationship between an intensity of a first spectral peak, which is ascribed to a vibration of molecular chains in a straight chain hydrocarbon, and an intensity of a second spectral peak, which is ascribed to a vibration of isopropyl groups, in the measured Raman spectrum.
