Abstract: A drive assist controller verifies the driving intention of a driver on the basis of whether or not the driver is contacting the steering wheel when a lane-maintaining control is being executed. An automatic driving controller verifies the driving intention of the driver on the basis of whether or not the driver is gripping the steering wheel when automatic driving is being performed. This configuration makes it possible to appropriately determine the driving intention of a driver, by changing the method of verifying the driving intention of the driver between cases when the driver has driving authority and cases when the vehicle has driving authority.

Abstract: A vehicle brake system includes a collision determination unit that determines whether collision of the vehicle occurs or not; and a second braking control unit that, when the collision of the vehicle is determined as occurring, causes at least either of an ESB system and a VSA system to perform emergency braking control of the vehicle, and causes the VSA system to perform ABS braking control based on an ABS brake demand depending on a slip state of each wheel, irrespective of whether a brake pedal is pressed down or not. In a case where the vehicle collides, where the brake operation is performed, and where the ABS braking control is performed, the second braking control unit causes the emergency braking control based on an emergency brake demand to be continued instead of the braking control based on the press-down operation of the brake pedal by a driver.

Abstract: A vehicle brake system includes a collision state determination section and a second brake controller. The collision state determination section determines a collision state of a vehicle. The second brake controller performs control of braking on the vehicle irrespective of braking operation by a driver in cases where it has been determined by the collision state determination section that the vehicle has collided. Abstract: A seat belt apparatus includes a reel, a motor, a clutch member, a belt reacher, a door opening/closing detection section, a wearing detection section and a motor control section. Once a change from an opened state to a closed state of a vehicle door is detected by the opening/closing detection section, the control section controls the motor so that the webbing is pulled out from the reel at a predetermined speed.
